Builders supervisor Daniel was outstanding I revised a weekly update on him and he quickly responded to my questions and work request, Ms Sara Sosa she is very helpful and very professional in every aspect.

I’ve paid for two months of solar panels that were supposed to be activated within 8-12 weeks after closing. It's been 8 weeks and now SoCal Edison is saying 12-16 more weeks. My current electric bill is going be over $400! I am strictly restricting my family from using electricity but yet still have a $400 bill. I can't sustain this for three to four more months!

My overall home buying experience was great. I had direct contact with builders representatives and sales representatives. They always responded to my questions with a positive attitude. The builders team was very knowledgeable and resourceful.

The process started off a little rocky however Liset turned it around. She was very personable and tried to learn more about what made me happy and didn’t stop until I closed. Finance could use some work.

The entire process from initial purchase to final move -in was very easy.The builder’s team did what they promised. They updated and responded to us in a timely fashion. Home buying can be quite stressful but KB made the process less so.

KB Homes Sales team is very helpful and prompt. KB Home loans team, is wonderful. They help you in every aspect. KB Home Insurance is the most competitive price in the home owner insuarance. Also the construction team support is excellent and customer support team is also very nice. Definitely recommend KB homes to everyone.

Bought an already completed home, great expereince with all staff including sales, construction and finance. Home has some quality issues but warranty team is quick to respond and repair.

HE SHOWS HE CARE WHAT HE DOES FOR OUR HOMES.NEVER HAVE ISSUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS. ONE OF THE BREAKER FOR BEHIND REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT WORKING . IT WAS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Very happy with the service and the experiences with the home loan and sales process provided by the KB Home team. Also very happy with the construction and how well the house looked during our walk thru.

I must say Im glad my family and I purchased a KB Home. There were notable differences between KB Home and other builders. They were honest and forthcoming. The customer service throughout was exceptional! There were several times I reached out to Liz on her off day and she was more than willing to help. Our only gripe was the inconsistencies with the closing date. Most importantly, we love our home, so thank you everyone at KB Home!

Smooth process, helpful staff, pleasant experience

Though buying a brand new house and waiting for it to be finally ready can be stressful due to not having a firm completion date, my overall experience has been positive. All involved were professional, knowledgable, and responsive in a timely fashion. I was kept up on the progress and asked frequently if I had questions or concerns. I am enjoying my home and look forward to spending many years here.
