Although, I felt that it took forever for the home to get completed, when I moved in, I felt that it was right on time. I am still experiencing the home buying experiencing with the behind the scene work. They are still making things happen for me with various vendors and the overall quality of their customer service. Pretty much my home buying experience didn't end when I got my keys. I really appreciate everyone from Sales to the Loan Officers to the Builders to the Customer Service Representatives right on down to the Superintendent. There were so many things wrong with this house when I moved in. Kelly and Mike helped resolve so many of the issues.Kevin from Customer Service came out twice and fixed things.My biggest complaint was the poor grading of the back yard.I had a mud swamp

Kelly H. Who showed us the home- she is the main reason I bought the home. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the things in the home. Very polite and professional! Thank you Kelly! From you first walked in, to financing, through the construction process, design studio and the after move in follow up. They are truly wanting to make sure you are satisfied. I feel that good quality materials were used ...I.e. appliances, plumbing and faucets, hvc I do feel that the lock on the screen door to patio is inferior and low quality. Would like to see it replaced as it does not lock.
