We moved in to the house 3 months back and the drive way concrete had multiple wide cracks, when approached with the problem, the builder is not ready to fix because the external concrete is not covered in the warranty items. So we are not happy with the response.

I don't think Lennar is in sink with all of there offices. whey will call you for closing when the home is not ready. if you give then 10 week heads up that you will be on Military orders they don't care and still set you up to close that day even if the home is not done. I think the next time we start looking for a new home we will start by looking for a new builder.

Overall exterior and interior trim work was extremely poor massive amounts of caulk used to close poor craftsmanship / millwork. MI windows are falling a part - they will all need to be replaced within 12/15 years.

The process was overshadowed by the buying experience… Frank who set up my celebration was extremely rude treated me as if he was doing me a favor. The reviews were spot on. I liked the house so much is the only reason I continued the process to purchase. I highly doubt I’ll buy another lennar home again love my house but customer service was ridiculous.

I do not recommend buying a Lennar home. They use very cheap materials and the sales people lie. I cannot get mail at my new house. My Solar panels do not work, faucets are made out of plastic. They warranty dept is pretty good except they can only replace the broken junk with the same junk

Disappointed with Lennar construction of a home. The house I signed the contract on was not built according to my original specs. No communication on changes. In addition for a 55+ Community there should be standard entrance hand rails, more showers instead of bath tubs (safety purposes), and grab bars.

The lennar mortgage experience i was worst. The mortgage consultant from lennar tried his best not to provide the credit which lennar promised. Basically he tried to make money for lennar by not giving the credit that was promised to the consumer . Be very Careful when handling with lennar mortgage

My Lennar management team recommended a realtor group to me for selling my property. Shortly after I interviewed and agreed to work with them to sell my home, I was blindsided by that realty group being added to my Lennar contract. Through the seven months of attempting to sell my home with this recommended realtor group, I had an absolutely horrible experience with delayed or no responses, minimal efforts or outreach to sell. I have not had a good experience at all. First they will send a very strick/condescending message that this has to be done in a week - this and that. When on says I will back off, they become very polite again. They push and force their lending agency. The Lennar title add some bloated changes the day of closing and then called a week later for some other bloated charge that they wanted to collect more. So, overall I feel I cannot trust them.

I had the worst time buying my 1st home. where I knew it would be stressful but not so horrible.. I lost sleep and many of tears was shed throughout the whole process. My loan part, my loan officer wouldn’t keep me updated on anything that was going on I would email every few days to find out what was going on. If I needed to do anything. The bottom line is that if other buyers had been offering homes similar to the Next-Gen model that Lennar was constructing, I would have easily chosen a competitor. My experience with loan officer Jodie was disappointing; she lacked a customer-friendly approach and often communicated with an unhelpful attitude. Previously bought Lennar and don’t have as many issues as we do now. The quality of the workmanship is not great lots of caulking everywhere to fix the mistakes and do t get me started on their management team

Horrible experience with the whole closing situation. Was lied to several times. Was told my closing cost included the 2026 HOA dues. I have had to put in several requests for repairs. I’m still putting in request for the same problem that was supposed to have already been fixed. I could go on & on about how horrible my experience of buying my 1st home was but at this point I’ve figured out it will do NO good!

Found our desired home in a desired neighborhood with a great view, there were some issues that we noted right off the bat and these were addressed with the builder and they promised to take care of these. Most of them were taken care of but some were still lingering. The house was a complete mess. There was trash and debris everywhere. There is still paint stains all over the carpet. The dishwasher was leaking on first use. The heating system had no power to it, the ring doorbell has no power going to it. The front door and outside of the house paint was incomplete. The weather stripping on the front door was missing. My overall moving experience was horrible and what should have been a happy moment was replaced by buyers remorse and frustration. I would not recommend Lennar as a new build.
