Avoid this builder if possible

The Home specialist was misleading in the sense that she was not informed on matters pertaining to our home. When asked questions she referred us to other departments in Lennar. Our closing was greatly delayed, our exception list was not finalized, our warranty tickets stayed open for weeks before the CV19 pandemic happened, now we sit uncertainly of knowing when they will address them or if they will address our issues. Terrible experience, really. After we close we didn't receive any welcome packages nor a sign in our door to say that it was private property, which allowed every sub to come in unannounced. The construction manager and VP of construction were the worst. There were issues they refused to fix. I literally had tears buying this home because I knew it was not a quality home. I felt I had no choice because the lease was up on my rental and they already had a family moving in. This was supposed to be my forever home. No exaggeration this was the worst experience ever and I've been deployed and put in some crazy situations. I don't know how you all are number one, it is not for quality, integrity and workmanship that's for sure. The home warranty guy has been the only positive experience. ... More

The plumbers & painters they use are awful. Our foreman was wonderful, but if you had to go through the company for issues, things seemed to be pushed off. Craftmanship & finishes are very poor.
