Cannot say enough good things about Ryan. He was fantastic throughout the build process by keeping us updated and setting realistic expectations. We really felt like we had someone looking out for us! Jen has kind of taken over the mantle now that we are living in our home and early indications she will be just as responsive. They are both great representatives for Shea who have and will continue to personalize the process.

This is the second home my husband and I have purchased and the experience was amazing. Matt was super friendly and so helpful. Any questions we had, he answered. And if he didn't have the answer, he called around until he got us an answer. Shea really takes buying a home to another, more enjoyable, less stressful level. My cousin was with us as we purchased our home and seeing how we were treated and how happy we are, she went with Shea and just moved into her own home. JUST A FEW HOUSES FROM US! Shea team are very gentle and nice throughout the whole process. Love shea builder homes are beautiful inside and out and very detailed. The process is very smooth with them from the beginning to close.

I love the design and the selling service and the warranty service. This is the best house in CA. But please talk to HOA management company and do not control too much.

Beautiful home, finished ahead of schedule, great buying experience

From the moment we visited the project to the day we received the keys the Shea Team invited us in to our home building process. With so many steps along the way Shea followed their process to prepare for and finish steps along the way. As a buyer we have to trust and as a buyer we have to follow through on buyer’s responsibilities. When everyone is working together success is the outcome. Overall communication is vital and Shea does that very well. Comparing Shea projects with other projects it is almost not fair. Many builders try to keep buyers away from the process which results in many disappointments. We appreciate the time, energy & thoughtfulness Shea Staff invested along the way to creating our home. The punchlist walk thru and final acceptance of home was exceptional. Items noted in our punchlist walk were all thoroughly addressed.

The whole process of buying our townhouse went smoothly. Patti and Philippe were amazing.

Working with Shea on this build was great. Obviously a lot of moving parts and decisions to be made. This is my first time building a home in a new location. It will be a main residence soon. From start to finish, Shea was wonderful. Kara in sales office called us about a lot, set us up with the design and build team, and answered all questions honestly and quickly. Jason, the GC for the build, kept me informed, sent progress photos, and held my hand the entire way through. What could’ve been very stressful became very simple.

Everyone has been great. Alex, Tracy, Barbara have been extremely responsive, informative and took care of any questions or issues. The Trades that cames out for the 1-month warranty work were great. Don't know what else they could do. Very happy with the house so far.

Service team is great and very impressive . Great purchase experience.

The build quality and workmanship is stellar. We are very happy with the new home. More than the house, the staff was humble, honest and very helpful. They guided me and answered every question I had without a slight hesitation. Special mention to Carmen from Ascent at Jorde Farms for the assistance and support she provided. She is the only reason we decided to go with the purchase despite our stretch in budget.

Our salesperson, Kelly was fantastic. She was very responsive and understanding of our needs. The home building process was coordinated by Roy, Guy, and Jon. Our interactions with these men throughout the build was beyond fantastic. They answered any and all of our questions, in layman terms, which we could understand. They built our home like it was their own. After the close of escrow, Mike, our Shea Warranty representative has been wonderful. He's responsive and efficient.

Our salesperson and construction manager were excellent in every aspect of the process and in addressing issues that arose.

They take care of buyers even after bought. Our personal experience was good. They answered questions before and after the house was bought. As it is manual work, we give. A benefit of doubt for small issues. They resolved our issues very quickly.

The purchase, building, and follow-up on our new home was a pleasurable experience. We loved the process and love it here as well.
