We had been looking for a builder that fit our lifestyle and Shea hit all the marks. From time of our first meeting to the closing the Shea team was available for all our questions and kept us informed of the process of the building of our home. We are very pleased with the home we purchased from Shea and would recommend them to others who are looking to build a home.

Our home buying experience with Shea was outstanding from start to finish! We were interested in their spec homes and Frank reviewed the various models with us numerous times. He was an unending treasure trove of information. All of the office staff and ambassadors were really great to work with. When we decided on a spec home our experience got even better. We were introduced to Seth, our construction manager who also answered our trillion questions with unending patience. The entire team kept us in the loop as they finished building our home. We were definitely WOWED when we saw the finished product. There were very few issues during our initial walk-through and again during our 1 month review, but all were handled expeditiously and to our satisfaction. If you get the privilege to work with Josephine, Richard, and Gibran you will be put at ease from homebuying to construction walk throughs. They explained everything and incredibly receptive to all questions.

My salesman was very helpful and still continues to be if I have a question. The HOA in Woodleaf Reserve could have helped me a little more but they depend on you to read the small print. So far warranty work was completed successfully. I would have changed three things about my home and I've pointed them out to the salesman who agreed with me!

We bought a Shea home in Missouri City and from the time we visited their office, everything was such a pleasant experience! Their model.home was amazing, so we looked into their homes available and ended up finding a home that met all our needs. Jane and Karl were very helpful in the buying and walk-thru processes. Special thanks to Carlos who was excellent at detailed explanation, and also addressing any issue we had after moving in. We're very happy with Shea homes..!

It was an excellent experience. Carlos Lou and Mike Rodriguez were more than helpful and attentive overall. The house was not finished according to the timeframe and got extended for another 5 months due to Centerpoint (negligence)?. Carlos and Mike did a good job in updating us from time to time regarding the construction progressThey were thorough. I am happy with Shea house. They have our support even after closing. Oscar is quick to attend /fix to the house few irregularities. We do appreciate this more. I would say excellent customer service rendered by Carlos , Mike and Oscar. We appreciate Shea’s extended warranties especially the 1,5,12 mos maintenance. It feels like they didnt just dump you as soon as the closing is done. It feels we are being taking cared for. Everyone was generally quick to respond and was informative.

We are so pleased with the quality of our home and the responsiveness to any of our concerns regarding any minor issues we have dealt with so far.

I looked at new homes of several builders in the area. Overall I found the quality and amenities of the Shea Homes to be superior to similar priced homes of other builders. I found the sales process to be easy and totally enjoyed working with Kelly. I’ve have great service in response to minimal little warranty items. All in all, a great experience.

We love Shea Homes. From the sales to the warranty work. All is excellent. The only difficult experience was the person at the title company. We paid with cash and his timeline was to tight. Getting funds from an investment company takes time. I was begging him several times. For the escrow account info and a timeline. It was like pulling teeth. I get it. He has the market for Shea. He will do what he wants. The business is flowing into computer. He doesn't need to communicate to us. And his assistant never did. Which is very unusual...

We have nothing but praise for the entire Shea team. Mike, Debbie, Joel and Mark took excellent care of us during the buy/build process. They are still actively supporting us as we complete our move in. We love our house - quality is important and the care taken to build our home is evident. Thank you for such a positive experience.

My wife and I built 2 custom homes previously and we can say with certainty that building a spec home with Shea Homes was a much better experience. Everyone from the salespeople to the building supervisor were very courteous and professional and very helpful and produced a quality product. I would not hesitate to build with Shea Homes again.

From our first meeting to post closing it has been a very smooth process. In the beginning we were just looking and we were not sure of our timeline. There was no pressure. When we were ready was up to us. Once we pulled the trigger everything moved quickly and flawlessly. The home is beautiful and we love it! It is so beautiful my sister just bought a house from Shea!

Workmanship very good, only small issues with new home that are addressed in reasonable timeframe! Regularly conducted inspections help to uncover and resolve any issues.

From our first visit in 2023, to our move-in this past February we have found this home design and buying experience to be superior overall.

We had a wonderful experience from our very first interaction with Sara our customer sales rep, the Design Team, and working with our Field Manager Brad throughout the build process. The Shea team did a great job keeping us updated each week of the process. We love the neighborhood Shea has built and all the amenities to enjoy.

This is the 3rd home we have built and this was by far the best experience!! The team kept us well informed on the status of the entire home build.

We love our new Shea home. The house was completed on the date promised. During the construction, we were notified of each major step as well as pictures of each stage of building. Issues that came up during the walk through were addressed immediately. Great communication and great people to work with. We could not be happier.

I was shown all the options that were included with my purchase. It was a comfortable purchase and any questions I had were answered promptly.
