We love Shea Homes as a builder. This is our 2nd Shea Home and we highly recommend them. The quality of the home is exceptional. All of the folks we worked with were wonderful and our beautiful home was delivered in the time frame promised. We really appreciate how professional and friendly all of the staff were and this made the whole process enjoyable. We are loving our new home!

The best customer service I have ever had in my new build experiences. They are there for during the entire building process from start to finish. I love the attention to detail provided. Shea homes even has periodic check in during the first year! Who else does that? I love it here!

I was a first time homebuyer and the experience was extremely smooth and stress free. Really loved the home and felt it was exactly what I was looking for. Good communication and handholding since I had a lot of very basic questions and they were able to handle it with great professionalism and gave plenty of time. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

We recently purchased in Trilogy Verde River. I honestly couldn’t think of a single thing they could have done more efficiently.

Being from out of town we relied on Orlando immensely. He was amazing! Kept us Informed by sending photos and update via text and emails. Questions we had were answered most times, within minutes if not, within an hour. The entire team from start to finish including an issue with the A/C were there to help at every turn!

Everyone whom we worked with in the purchase of our home have been fantastic. Employees seem to really care and do their best to make sure you get the service requested or required.

This was our 3rd time buying a new home (previously bought from Pulse and City Ventures) and I would say probably the best experience so far. The entire Shea team is organized and they do an outstanding job of communicating with each other and with us. This is a nice house and nice neighborhood - the whole development is just well done. We really appreciated how Shea gave us a move-in date - and they stuck to it. Moving is never fun but Shea made it a great experience. Highly recommend.

My Trilogy experience has been fantastic from touring the facility to closing. Everyone has been absolutely incredible: the attention to detail, responsiveness, quality and value. I can’t say enough at how pleased I am. Everything I planned for in my home was perfect. the communication throughout the entire process was awesome, especially given I lived 5 hours away. Trilogy accommodated me for on-site appointments and answered any questions throughout the process. The facilities and complex are beautiful, so many things to do and wonderful neighbors throughout. the attention to detail is impeccable from my home throughout the community, and in both clubhouses. it’s the only Community I looked at, and I am absolutely loving it! ... We just got through our one month review. We had some minor concerns which we explained to our warranty specialist. He followed up a couple of days later with appointments to have the appropriate service techs come out to the home. The techs fixed our issues. The warranty team at Shea is top notch. Thank you both for your support, Allen and Richard.

Great planned community to support the type of lifestyle we live in Colorado for with all the planned trails and access points to the mountains, as well as Chatfield! There is something for everyone at every age level. My little fur babies love the community! Oh, yes, the house is awesome and has the best layout a chef could want. There is elbow room on all floors.
