Moving from a large home was a challenge for me. However, I’m so pleased I made this move! Love the layout of the Monaco model...it’s perfect for me. Yes, I needed to donate a substantial amount of furniture, etc. however it’s been uplifting to organize my life. I also need to mention my Trilogy neighbors are so much fun. Even during the Covid issue, we’ve found ways to socialize safely. The community is active and promotes healthy living that I so enjoy. All the Shea associates from my Sales Broker to Construction Manager to Lawn Crews are a pleasure. The community is visually beautiful that makes for a peaceful environment. Love it! ... More

The whole process (build to move in) has been outstanding. The Shea staff as well as the builders have provided my wife and I superb customer service and support during the last several months. We are so happy with the quality of the craftsmanship that has gone into the construction of our home. This home is serving as a temporary home while we build a new custom home, after that then my son will acquire this home, the experience with George (Project Manager) to Jessica (Sales Consultant) was tremendous and very seamless. The design meets our needs. Our problems have been with appliances; we would have made different choices in that area. The Warranty Team has been great, responding quickly and skillfully.

Mike and Lynda were so very helpful with the buying process, and altho there were a couple issues which arose post close, the team is doing a great job with follow through and getting things done. Love the house!

Listened to my wants, rather than what they wanted to sell me. Everyone had a welcoming spirit (employees and volunteers). Accommodating even after the sale was made, like the lifestyle was more important than the house.

We could not be happier with our new home. Walking into a Brand New Home with our custom finishes and our preferred color pallet has just been amazing. The golf course and ocean views during the day are breathtaking and seeing the Monterey Peninsula lit up at night is really special. In addition the entire team at Shea has been great to work with. It’s not just about building homes for them, they are building a community.

We recently purchased a spec home from this builder, and the entire experience—from contract to move‑in—was smooth and straightforward. The home’s quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and we feel we received great value. The community itself is beautiful, with miles of trails, scenic foothill views, and a thoughtfully designed layout that makes it a truly enjoyable place to live. The builder’s team was professional, responsive, and consistent in delivering what they promised. They answered questions quickly and made the process feel easy.

I thoroughly enjoyed the purchase of my new home. I love the house, however I do believe it was a little overpriced. Only a little overpriced for the space I have. My only real disappointment was that Shea only offers a 2 yr. structural warranty. Other home builders offer 10 yrs. My home was considered ready to move in. The follow up to any issues was acceptable; except for an outside vendor who doesn't appear to be too responsive.

I was very happy with my experience. Charmaine was great. My only issue was the lack of water pressure in my shower from day 1. Shea refused to fix the problem and I had to hire a plumber to address the issue

This was a five year process for me to find the right place. I looked in many states and many cities around the country for a home I could spend my retirement years in. For many reasons Trilogy Lake Norman by Shea kept staying at the top of my list, I finally had to say OK I get it, this is my home and so it is.

What a pleasant home purchase experience. The staff were so helpful, supportive, even when we worried our existing home wasn’t selling fast enough. Any question or worry was faced with calm, knowledgable, advice or assistance. We loved the gals: Jasmine and Andrea.

No suprises at closing. Great attention to details.

A few issues notes and one huge issue. The entire dowel and shelf from the master closet wall. Seems th ey didn’t secure it to any studs. The finish guy reinforced all shelves for us. Also missing grout from shower. Mostly small things. Our warranty rep, Ryan is awesome at helping us. Overall we love the house
