Awesome experience working with Shea representatives all the way from Sales, Supers, technicians and Reps. Very prompt and responsive.

Excellent experience! I ultimately bought my Shea home the virtual way! COVID-19 has changed many things for us all. After searching different Arizona areas and houses on line, I determined the Wickenburg Ranch development was a good fit. I love the terrain, the hills and mountains, the openness was extremely appealing! Gave me a sense of freedom.! Fortunately when I made contact with Shea homes for “move-in”ready homes, I was connected to Ted. Ted is a terrific person to work with. He conducted virtual tours multiple times on several homes of interest. I have to admit I procrastinated and missed opportunities. A few months later, I contacted Ted again and he helped me find a lovely home. Ted is an excellent resource and very patient. TaDa... .. I own a Shea home!! It is well built with modern design features and style! First time I actually saw my home was just before closing! My trust in Shea builders was on target! Thus far no problems or disappointments! How fortunate am I to have chosen a Shea built home! Also, the amenities and program offerings are impressive! I’m not a golfer but I enjoy the beauty of the landscape! Yup- I am happy camper!! Very impressed with my home. I love the floorplan and location so much. We've had some issues after closing and the warranty process has been great. All the different trades who have come to my home have been punctual, prompt, and professional. I'm extremely happy.

We appreciated the friendliness of everyone we have had contact with, and we were impressed by the timeline from start to finish. Even with COVID, weather issues, and a fire in the area that shut down all construction, the timeline was just one week off of the projected completion date. The home is beautiful, we love it!

All Shea Homes reps I was in contact with throughout the process were awesome and nothing short of helpful. Josephine was excellent during the purchase. Javier and Angel were great during the 1 month check. We love our new home!!!

My home buying experience with SheaHomes was great. Eric and Marci made sure that I am comfortable at each step. There was no aggressive selling or any kind of rush. Both Eric and Marci are very prompt in their communication. Eric has a wealth of experience working with SheaHomes and Marci is very thorough in all the paperwork. The closing experience was good too and after moving in, their customer service continues with the great experience we have had till now. The build quality is excellent and there are no complaints at all. I recommend buying home with SheaHomes.

There is a lot of modular design in the frame of the house so the walls are straight and true. The result is better fitting doors and windows and tighter house. Quality of the finishing details was excellent.

Great builder with great upgrades already included

Buying a new home is always a very involved process and The Shea staff has been very communicative and serving and have followed through thoroughly and professionally on any challenge that presented itself... with a great attitude. We felt very “taken care of” throughout the process.

From the moment I inquired about buying a Shea Home, the experience was amazing. Everyone was great to work with and very understanding. They we're knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I really like what Shea offered over some of the other builders. Some of their options that other builders charge for were standard features for Shea. I really enjoyed working with the community rep, some of the design center reps, and the project manager. The excitement of having a new home built is so much fun and not having any issues made it that much more enjoyable. Any issues or concerns that were brought to their attention it was handled immediately and also confirmed that to me as the buyer. Great service from salesperson and construction manager. Experience with design center was great!

Our experience with Shea has been very positive, from identifying the community, spending time talking with the design, build, sales and support members who gave us comprehensive information. The homes are high quality with plenty of upgrade options available. The location of our Trilogy location is fantastic: close to shopping, medical and services needed. Plus it’s close to highway arteries that make transit easy.

So far, so good...Glenn is great to work with regarding repairs as he is very responsive and communicates well. We have only been in two months but very pleased so far.

It was the easiest experience one could ask for. The staff was helpful from beginning to end. Actually, they are still hopeful even after the build was finished. Very friendly.

The sales staff, Aimee in particular, was outstanding in their responsiveness and knowledge of the home, the design and the materials/finishes. The lot location is just what we wanted. Our primary difficulty in this purchase was dealing with the policies of Shea Mortgage. NOT the staff, they were really good at working with us. But taking several months to finalize the mortgage qualification process in our particular case was ridiculous. Especially in light of the fact we could easily of paid cash. But, it seems all of those "Hoops" were necessary for them to be able to immediately sell our mortgage after closing. To run the customer ragged as happened was really unnecessary. Had there not been an $8,000 incentive attached to obtaining the mortgage through Shea, I would have gone with my local lender and had it done in 30 days without the added stress and work required of me in providing documentation upon documentation. All that said, we love being a homeowner at Encanterra and look forward to many years of retirement living. ... More
