The process with Shea homes has been excellent. The loan department made sure that our loan was processed smoothly and professionally. During the construction, they kept us informed with numerous phone calls to update us on the status of the home. After the move-in, they consistently communicated with us. We moved in during the early phase of the construction. It turned out to be a good investment and the subdivision layout is extremely nice. We have been incredibly pleased doing business with Shea homes.

Chad has been fantastic with follow up and Tracy the same with issues after I moved in!

This is our second Shea home. We have built custom homes for ourselves in the past, but nothing beats the quality and workmanship of a Shea home. I also really appreciate how fast all the superintendents have responded to questions and concerns. They were simply great! Shea is the best!

We moved in about 2 months ago . The home is up to date with the latest smart products. Couldn’t be happier with that. A big thanks to Octavio the customer service representative and his team. The follow up care is outstanding. He is very responsive to repair request.. Experience with design center was great, sales staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend using Shea Homes.
