Moving from CA to AZ was not an easy decision, very Nice Sales person Janna made little bit easier, got a beautiful house in Nice location. everything was smooth, little bit of missing quality issues like water leak, but they fixed it very fast in few mins after calling.. warranty person Melissa also very nice and quick response. Overall we are very happy with house Richmond American built. may be just one request, allow one or two customer request also along with their pre selected designer items, please also consider design phase functional aspect example not having single drawer under bath sink. House is about 95% perfect. There are always going to be the little things you find that need fixing. I think some of those things should have been found prior to us finding them, but none the less, the builder was quick to accept and address those issues. (minor things by the way). Hopefully the rest of the short list is addressed as quickly as the first few items have been.

The agent was wonderful. No pressure, just provided us with information and answered our questions timely and best as the agent can.

Purchased a ready to move in home. The process was easy and everyone was helpful and friendly. Home has been great so far. Warranty fixes have been timely and few.

Great experience we close on time

Overall a very good experience. Walk through team was amazing. Some areas of concern were not addressed and I was left the supplies to paint these areas myself however DJ is great and responds ASAP

We bought the house on contingency bases on a few things which was a great option. The house is amazing and the responsiveness for the company was great when we had questions or concerns. We love Richmond so much we suggested the builder to another family member that is now buying a house of their own. We love our realtor Jessi as she has treated us like family.

The purchase process for this home was easy and seamless. We worked with an excellent sales associate who answered questions and was so supportive during the time we worked with him. The construction manager was also good to work with in helping get the house ready to move into. There was a short timeline between purchase and closing and he go everything that needed to be fixed or completed done in that time. He was very responsive to our questions and Pros: The house is quiet and solid. We are happy with the home and are glad we chose Richmond to work with. Cons: the quality of the house painting inside and out is a little disappointing. We will have to do some repainting both inside and out on trim and doors. It is not a big issue. The responsiveness of the after sale personnel is not as good as with the earlier team. Fortunately there have been only a few minor issues to be dealt with to date. From the moment we walked into the office with our agent, to the time we closed our loan, everyone was great and very helpful. The day we closed we did our final walk through and learned about all the details of our appliances, tankless water heater, air conditioner, possible drip from extra condensation, to where wires are in the garage and where not to put things on the walls, everything has been Great! Never thought we would buy a new home, yet here we are.

Th home supervisor was great

Worked with Cori and she kept us informed on what we needed to do. The closing process was great. We closed on our old house in the morning and got the keys for our new house that afternoon.

Only major issue that I have had is with the back sliding door not wanting to lock until I used a item to press the pin in. Maintenance have came by and adjusted it twice but it still having the same issue. So I had to put the object back in place in order to get it to Lock back correctly.

Suzanne was absolutely amazing. She was there from beginning to end. We never went a day wondering. She was so attentive. Chris the Assistant Super was so knowledgeable. He was very responsive to emails and concerns. There was not a question that he didn’t find the answer to. Because of Suzanne I would go through the buying experience over and over again.

We had a great experience buying a home with Richmond. Our team met all expectations and was ahead of schedule on our move-in date as well as fixing any issues that came up. Vincent was responsive and experienced. Sarah on the sales team gave us regular updates and helped us figure out all questions about closing. Now we're loving our new house!

Everything was completed as per the timeline presented. Any issues that popped up Brandee hopped right into and assured it would be taken care of.
