We had an amazing experience buying our home thanks to the very capable Brian and Stephen. Communication, honesty and speed were at the forefront of the entire process. We are also very pleased with the after sale support, availability and willingness to correct issues as they arise in an expedient manner. Again, we are very happy with our new home in Colorado!

Just an overall excellent experience, beautiful home, from Sales to Construction to Home Care to Mortgage, all handled seamlessly.

We’re having a few cosmetic issues on our new home as expected and Chris is very responsive and has worked around my family’s busy schedule to complete most of the repairs. If it wasn’t for Chris the score would be very different. Chris is the super glue keeping it together for Richmond.

Everything happened from beginning g to end....nothing bad to say about Richmon Homes.

The floorplans offered by Richmond American caught our attention as “empty nesters.” we wanted large gathering areas in the home for hosting groups. We are very pleased with the quality! Everything about the purchase and construction process was handled professionally. We are so happy with this home!

Our first view of the models in Rio Rancho and the excellent customer service provided by Geraldine had us sold. She was very professional and went through several scenarios with us so we understood options. She suggested that we visit models located in another community so we could physically see the model we wanted to make sure we loved it before we committed. She is definitely an asset to Richmond American. Once the build was started we met with Mike and Chris throughout the process and they were extremely approachable, knowledgeable and answered our many questions along the way. When there were issues they were there to assist. Their communication skills and knowledge are invaluable for anyone under their care that is buying a Richmond American home. Richmond has been responsive to our questions and or concerns. Sales rep Aaliyah was great and responded to our questions in a timely manner and had extensive knowledge of the product. After closing with Matt who provided an extensive tour of our new home and his knowledge and experience was a great help to us. Richmond has been responsive in following up with small repairs after closing. Definately would purchase with them again.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with Richmond Homes. Don and Jason were great to work with, and very responsive to our questions.

From the first meeting with the sales person Mike to the walk throughs with the construction super Tom, the process has been smooth and easy. They addressed all my questions and even after closing, they have helped with questions and concerns. I’ve had a few new build homes and by far this has been the best experience.

The entire home buying experience was pleasant and simple. This is our 4th house and the whole transaction was simple and easy thanks to Alex and Austin. Questions and issues were met in a timely manor of not immediate. Lending was simple and straightforward, again, any questions or concerns were responded to very timely. We felt completely at ease during the entire process.

Danna was amazing to work with during the sales experience and was always very responsive and patient dealing with our questions and issues. Mario was always very happy to help and answer all inquiries sent during the building phase(s).

We had a great buying experience. Our salesperson LeAnn was fantastic. Our builder Dylan took our home inspection report and our punchlist and every item was fixed prior to closing. Since closing, our warranty rep Ashland has been amazing as well. all requests are promptly scheduled and she even texts to make sure the trades show up and do the repairs on the day they are scheduled. Excellent service all around. We also feel the value we got from Richmond exceeded other builders in the immediate vicinity. Would recommend this builder highly.

My experience purchasing and moving into my Richmond home has been overall positive, though there were a few things along the way that future buyers should be aware of. From the initial purchase through move-in, the process moved forward with steady communication and coordination. Casey worked very well with my real estate agent and helped keep things organized and progressing, which made a big difference throughout the process. The quality and value of the home have been solid overall. Like most new construction, a few items came up during inspections that needed attention, but the team worked through them. Dustin and the crew who prepared the home after inspections really put in the effort to make sure the items identified were addressed before move-in and that the home was ready. After moving in, the warranty support has been especially impressive. Nick from the warranty team has been exceptional about making sure anything that needs fixing is handled in a timely manner. Having someone responsive and willing to follow through gives a lot of peace of mind as a homeowner. There are a few things I would encourage future buyers to understand ahead of time. In my case, the home ended up being listed at a value above the appraisal after the bid process, and the builder would not reduce the price. Because of that, I would strongly recommend making sure the price aligns with the appraisal before placing a deposit so there are no surprises later in the process. It is also helpful to know that the financing system initially requires buyers to purchase insurance through their banking process, although you can switch it later if you choose. Additionally, the mortgage may be transferred to a different bank shortly after closing, sometimes without much direct communication, so being prepared for that can help avoid confusion. Overall, several members of the team made the experience better by being responsive and working to resolve issues when they came up. I especially appreciated the coordination during the purchase and the follow-through after move-in to make sure things were taken care of. ... More
