I knew the minute I saw this home, neighborhood and price this was the house for me. I love that the home has 8' doors throughout, large lots, fantastic features (such as self closing cabinets, tankless water heater, and complimentary paint touch up at the one year mark). The sales process was simple and Grant was great as he worked closely with my realtor to make sure all was in order for the transaction. Dennis did a great job of walking us through the functionality throughout the home and how to operate things, and took care of a few items discussed as part of the first walk through so that things were done before the final walk through. Generally excellent. Builder helpful in getting details ironed out. On site agent very thorough in showing house video and managing purchase. Mortgage and title were thorough. Bought while out of state so everything handled online except closing paperwork. Only negative comment is so many different offices and people involved it was hard to keep track of who was doing what.

We bought a move-in ready house and closed within the month. The process for us was extremely quick and smooth. Our sales rep Sammy was patient and got us a great deal and our superintendent. Josh was on top of getting the little details knocked out for us. We love our house and can’t wait to spend many years there.

This is our fourth buy, third with a new build, and none have been as easy and as pleasant as this one. From our first look through our first home touch-up, this has been a stress-free experience. Jessi patiently walked us through the homes and the process. The finance plan made it possible for us to buy. Nate and Will have taken care of each very minor house issue with a smile--unlike our previous experiences where every issue became a tug-of-war! We're trying to get our friends to buy nearby, knowing if they do they will not be disappointed.

Start to finish, Jennifer made the entire experience effortless. Arnold always is here to help if I have questions or need anything. This is my 3rd RichmondAmerican home and my first brand new one. Such a great home with great craftsmanship. 10/10 recommend RichmondAmerican and 10/10 I recommend the Seasons at Red Rock.
