We were very pleased with the overall experience purchasing our new home from Richmond American Homes. Just to prove it when we had someone come to measure for blinds, and someone to come install water softener/osmosis in our new home they both were impressed with the builder and quality of work which made their job easier!

Had a great experience on the sales and mortgage side with Richmond. Also the very small warranty issue with an outlet was addressed very quickly as well. Solid company that sells beautiful homes with lots of added value.

Leslie was awesome and made the process great. She was always helpful. Andrea has been awesome as well after we moved in.

We had a great buying experience from Richmond American for our townhome in the Aurora Highlands. Thank you to Mick, the superintendent, who went above and beyond to present the house perfectly at closing and quickly attend to any loose ends after the sale. Having Mick as our superintendent really made our buying experience one of a kind and we would definitely recommend anyone to buy from Richmond American due to this.

Hello, I really liked the Richmond American builders and the sales person(Dana) as well as the orientation persons (Steve) helped us understand and complete all the process very smoothly. Even the lender was so good and helped me to understand all the process easily and complete on time. High ceilings, good location and good construction. We really liked the Richmond American and I would definitely suggest to others .

The house is still being renovated and I haven't moved in yet. I won't be able to provide more ideas until everything is renovated and someone moves in. So far, everything is going well.

Through several years of search, I chose the Boulder Heights by Richmond since it was the best value house with great price, floor plan, back yard, premium upgrades, modern interiors, 9 ft ceiling both floors, gourmet kitchen and more upgrade - all included. The best part was the rate promotion and closing cost support, which was very helpful for our purchase. Thanks to Richmond team with kind support and fast communications!

The initial process was a bit confusing, but as we moved forward, we understood the process and allowed it to run its course, and we are grateful and thankful that we did, because the home is everything my wife and I ever wanted in a home, and we are so overwhelmed with joy and happiness that it's crazy! Working with Richmond staff was a great experience. Even after I purchased my home, Laura, Josh, Joy, David and Caryn have kept and open door to assisting me with whatever I need. I really love my home and the locations. And the view of the mountains still blows my mind.
