Sylvia was very helpful and professional; Along with my agent, I was shown multiple options, all my questions were answered, and the final purchase process was friendly and straightforward; I was buying from out of state and have not yet moved in full time, but Richmond American helped my agent make this intimidating process very pleasant.

Great experience overall some minor things to be fixed and they responded in time.

It was great, and hope the other home buyers feel the same.

Realtor was very helpful and responsive

There were a lot of little things that needed addressed from our home inspection and walkthrough. The superintendent was super attentive to the issues that we experienced. The most concerning was the potential for shingle damage by wind. It was supposedly addressed but after Milton it looks like the area that they fixed had damage. Riding around the whole community, we saw no other homes with shingle damage so we are concerned of the quality of the roofers fixes that the home inspection brought out.

Sale was smooth and accommodating. Good value for the dollar. Appearance and design are attractive. Inspections were on time and through. Follow up was punctual. The only major ongoing issue was silt in the water supply that created appliance operation problems that could have perhaps been cleared up much earlier in the installation with careful, timely flushing of the water supply before installation of appliances. Yard and rear ditch drainage issues (erosion) are an ongoing problem. These have been attended to but not remediated.

Waterford ranch is a beautiful subdivision to buy a home and I found my home ..Scott was so wonderful and pleasant to work with and helped us to get the house and he did and we are so lucky and grateful to be ready to move in Our slate lot 83

I love the area I chose & so far the home I am in is amazing.

I love my new home ,Richmond American home you the best they take of you

The paint contractor did a horrible job and cleaned his paint brushes in the kitchen sink! All the doors in the house have issues with paint splatters and don’t look like they were cleaned or sanded before painting. Upstairs bathroom has a piece on the bottom of the door coming off (can’t be replaced because it was seen at walk through! Puddling water between the houses.

We had a great sales representative, Allison at Tributary. She was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions. On the warranty side, we still have some outstanding items that need to be addressed. Hopefully they will be completed soon.

Get my grass done this is supposed to be done before I moved in and nothing everytime I call the h.o.a about my home improvements I need to do can't get in contact this is a new development and still building and we can't things done and have to pay 25 dollars when we do don't get us wrong we love our home but the response is crazy

We have numerous issues in this home all related to workmanship. I called the representative for home warranty and left a voicemail mail and no one responded.

It seems that they rush to finish building the house. Hot water is lukewarm, garage is unpainted, no hand towel racks.

Quality home, well built. Community mail boxes built 4 months before I closed. Still not functional so I get to drive 8 miles to the post office once a week to get my mail. This is just unacceptable.

Suri Sales and Devin Builder were great to deal with. They were honest, did what they said. Very appreciative.

Silvia was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. She was patient and was always willing to help and answer our questions. Josh was great during the closing process. He made sure that things were completed before we moved in and very polite.

Our overall experience with Richmond was normal. Ms. Ranesha was awesome and helped as much as she could. Overall, we have no complaints.

The house buying experience was what it was. Since closing, There has been issues with the house that arise such as a leaking toilet, some paint work, replacement of fridge doors, etc. I can call or text Dawn and let her know and she is on top of it. You don’t need to call her and remind her, you don’t need a long story but just the facts and she’s got it covered. It really has made me less anxious due to this being my first house. She’s a great asset to your company and hope she is recognized for her outstanding customer service.
