Our experience purchasing our new Holt Home was fantastic. The sales team help write an offer that helped us financially and was accepted by the Contractor. A superintendent was assigned to us to facilitate initial walk thru, punch list, and final walthrough. He assured that every detail was to meet our expectation. We were advised to have a home inspection. We were amazed to only find a few minor things needing attention. Those issues few fixed in short order without debating or extending the closing timelines.
