Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Pulte sales staff was excellent. Randy and Linh are wonderful and knowledgeable people and were a pleasure to work with. Randy was always able to answer my questions during the sales process and waiting to go to closing. If Randy didn't know the answer he would very quickly get back to me with the information. He always gave great advice. Now that I am living in The Atrium I'm impressed with the overall quality of my unit, especially the finish carpentry, tile work and painting. The appliances are top of the line. The keyless entry and the smart thermostat in conjunction with their apps make thing so much better. The project manager Jeff who I initially worked with during move-in was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got things taken care of and was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, getting the few things that need warranty repair or assistance is a slow, frustrating and tedious process. Further, there is a total lack of communication since moving into The Atrium. There are no emails or newsletters to all owners announcing when amenities will be completed and open. Thus we are left to get pieces of information from other owners. I recognize that this is a new development and expected to experience some problems but the lack of communication should have been anticipated before opening the buildings and systems should have already been set up to provide better communication. ... I was satisfied with Pulte.

I am very content in my new home, after moving out of the very large custom built family home that I raised my family in. This house is perfect for me.

There are some small problems, one of the heating and air heaters room couldn’t closed tightly, because this door position is too low. The surface of entrance floor looks like unfinished.

Overall experience has been very positive and the outcome very satisfying.

The quality of our new home is superior. Sales staff and construction manager worked in tandem to answer questions and manage periodic concerns about changes to structural designs that were introduced by the builder on short notice. Pre-drywall review was comprehensive and reassuring. Home completion was on schedule with ample advance notice for managing the sale of former home.

We had an excellent experience with the build and purchase of our new home. The site manager, Eric, was especially helpful.

Overall the buying experience was great. There need to be some things taken into account such as the quality of the flooring, cabinets, sinks etc to match value of home. Also the floor plan needs modification to suit owners preference with regards ti space if bedrooms and closets. Also no storage space and owner has responsibility of creating their own storage which costs extra. Please also consider storage space for cleaning items like mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supply in kitchen area to avoid keeping those items in odd places. Great buying experience!!! Very professional staff!!

Home buying experience was great. However, I do have a few issues with the workmanship in my condo, for instance the master bathroom countertop is not mounted to the counter. But overall happy.

Customer service very poor after settlement

There are issues that a new house shouldn’t have!

It’s been almost 2 months since we purchased the house,We still can’t sleep in our owner’s bedroom. I was given a house that is not strongly insulated,all the road noise is inside the house. I am spending extra 10K for a livable environment,we are about to sue to get compensated.

I had a wonderful experience with Pulte. Mark was our salesman and he was phenomenal. Unfortunately, we had to deal with supply chain issues which resulted in some delays but overall, Pulte delivered an amazing home. I love everything about this home and love this community so much.

The construction manager is always immediately responsive to my needs. He always fixes my problems.

The walk through process was great!

We recently purchased a new condo, built by Pulte, in the Potomac, Maryland area. The experience could not have been better. The sales associate, Devon, was professional, friendly, and very understanding of our needs. She guided us through the processes, even calmed some anxiety on our part. The construction supervisor, Sean, was also terrific. He kept us informed on construction progress and met with us at important stages as our condo was being completed. He was always available to take calls or e-mails and was extreme helpful as we moved in, making sure that our unit was ready for us. Sales and construction people were very helpful. Completion was just in time to avaid complications in moving. Unit is well designed and upscale. We are pleased with our purchase.

Terrific location and floor plan. Hallways are beautifully done, well lit and very clean. However, major drawback is that there was no real plan in place for visitor parking. Truly nowhere close by! Garage is convenient but only one designated handicap space in a building that attracted many seniors.
