We had a very pleasant experience right from the first visit to closing. The team was very responsive and supportive throughout the process. We have worked with other builders and Pulte is by far the best. High quality materials, knowledgeable and supportive staff, great walkthrough and effortless closing. Overall, great experience!

Buying the home was great. Easy, fair and pleasant. After moving in I’ve had several issues: My front door wasn’t weatherproofed in the dead of winter The finish on my bathroom cabinet handles is peeling off less than a month after move in A lot of caulking is peeling in various places My guest bedroom door hinge doesn’t align with my lock I didn’t have trash cans for a month My “hot” water was Luke warm at best Constant construction which I expected however, my driveway is always blocked by trucks and there’s trash in my yard constantly The quality of these homes is that of construction being mass produced and rushed I would’ve rather paid more for higher quality finishes and better quality construction ... The process was transparent and easy purchasing a home with Pulte. Our home looks great and the construction manager is so helpful in fixing stuff or informing us on how to maintain things as first-time homeowners.

Pulte did a great job of communicating during the building process with pictures and updates. I appreciate the little touches for no extra cost like tile to the ceiling in bathrooms.

Appreciate the pre-drywall, final walkthrough meetings where builder explained everything in great detail.

It was the first time experience purchasing a brand new home built from the ground up! It was the fascination process of seeing how the house was constructed through many stages from the ground to wood frames and to a complete house with all features and options inside and outside at the end! It was also the great process and experience with Pulte staffs, i.e ., sale representatives, design center, loan advisors and on-site foremen/engineers, who were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional from the beginning, during and towards the end of the whole purchase process! The build quality is great! The house is little bit small, some interior question marks here and there, but overall- it's a great house!

Great sales rep and construction team.

I do not really care to have large stone in the driveway! The garage door seems to be very small. The garage walls were not properly finished!
