The entire Pulte team provided top-notch customer service, making the process much easier than expected. The sales rep and the building field manager in particular were very responsive and informative regarding all of our questions, and they delivered on every point. The warranty team so far has also been very quick to respond to the few (very) minor fixes we have found.

Pulte was extremely flexible in our purchase process and helped us navigate circumstances peculiar to our purchase process. Really appreciate their patience in the entire time we dealt with them. Happily settling into our new home.

We love our home and the process was really smooth. Thanks to Alex and Javier for helping us through the process. They attended to our needs whenever we called on them. Alex was very thorough in dealing with Our request and making sure we are always happy. She is Phenomenal and knows her stuff. I will recommend Pulte any time. So far there has been no issues living in our new home.
