Overall it was a solid experience. Even though their communication is horrible! I had to constantly chase my project manager for information. I also missed my pre-drywall inspection, which is unacceptable! However, the home so far, has been good and it appears to be holding well and looks great!

During the construction process the response was impecable, the construction manager answered very fast, and was always available. Now we have the house with AC problems in the two bedrooms of the first level, the response was 5 days later and arrived to the house without notice, and we were not on site, so we lose the opportunity to get it fixed, and still is not repaired. Also the sprinkler system is not working in automatic, even configured, so I have to use it manually by opening the exterior valve. The backyard grass was replaced twice, and the sprinklers are buried, not working properly. ... More

They could have used better insulation

The sales part of the purchase was incredibly smooth. All the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff at the design center was very attentive and helpful. The construction aspect was not so great. Trying to get anyone's attention regarding build issues or repairs has been difficult; this remained true after closing. Either we get a very delayed response, or no response at all to emails, calls or texts. We're still trying to get help with problems that we pointed out during construction. The builder was great however once you get into your home and start dealing warranty they are not that good. I have had several issues since moving in. I haven’t been in my home 2 months and AC technician have already had to come out three times. I also put in warranty request and it takes over a week for reply and sometime I even have to resend an email to get reply. I have not been pleased with Pulte since I have closed. I hope the service gets better!

It is a reputable builder.

In general the quality is ok, it could’ve be better. Response to solve quality issues very slow. Pulte QC need to improve.

Don’t ask for same documents several time by the mortgage people.

The weekly construction updates were very helpful and comforting. We always felt welcome to visit the site. The sales and construction team responded to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe. We wish there was an official 30-day walk-through after purchase.

I am overall happy with my purchase. There has been some subpar and sloppy work found but I am working on getting it corrected.

Our pulte home experience has been a pleasure. Everyone was nice and helpful. With only a very few exception the house itself is of excellent quality.

Some basics things not include. For a house 300 k , u can not have a bath tub, upgrade. That’s insane. Thanks pulte

We love our new home, but as first time buyers we know now what to look for in our next purchase. Things like vanities having no drawers that pull out, walls that are not straight or humps in the flooring. Overall it’s a sound structure and we got what we paid for.

The home buying process was great and easy. However, when we closed and moved, we found many issues with the water and drainage system. Workmanship in general was subpar as well.

The buying process went very well. Shout to Reem our sales consultant and Caroline with from the mortgage company. It was a pleasure working with both ladies. Construction and warranty has not been a good experience. Pending items from final walk was not completed and warranty items submitted over a month are not completed but interior and exterior. I would not recommend purchasing a Pulte home based on quality and workmanship from construction.

The builder was great on communicating there process

Excellent builders!! If you are going with their own mortgage loan, make sure you have every document available- that was the stressful part, the building process was fast and my home is beautiful!!

If I purchase another pulte home. I'LL be sure to bring in my own lender

The sales consultant, Lisa, and construction manager, Charles, are awesome and worked hard to ensure my process was smoith. I had a horrible experience with Pulte Mortgage and wouldn't recommend using them (although the incentive makes that difficult). The mortgage process is why I didn't give 5 stars. Lisa, Charles and the rest of the team deliver consistent 5 star customer service.

The experience was ok overall, but the main detractor was the horrible mortgage process. Poor communication and a flood of last minute document request was extremely frustrating and made me want to abandon the sale altogether. I’ve since purchased another home two doors down and I am SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING WALKING AWAY FROM THE BUILD AND LOSING MY MONEY. The quality of materials is horrible. The pace of construction is slow. The craftsmanship is awful...and I MEAN AWFUL! It’s a home for my mother, and I wouldn’t live in it. They changed framers and it shows. The two story house going up next door has better materials and is being constructed quicker, cleaner, and with far better craftsmanship. I want someone from Pulte to call me and schedule a visit, because I am exploring ways to walk away from this project, at a substantial loss. I am beyond furious when I as a consumer have to walk into a house that’s being framed and tell a framer they put a wall where a door was supposed to be. Additionally, tell them the back patio door was installed in the garage. Headers missing, shoddy workmanship, inconsistent installation of moisture barrier, ceiling joists not installed, trash lumber inside the structure, supports still up because the framing has been halted or done half assed, mud and dirt all over the structure...and the list goes on. ... Experience with Pulte Homes went ok!

Pulte Mortgage gives you hard time each email sent you have to start from the beginning and explain everything from Starting. From my experience I prefer to look to search for more professional Mortgage Co.

Pulte Homes has good service. Like others builder, they have sister companies that will offer you Title service, Loan and Insurance for incentive. We didn't get any of other services, except the Loan (Pulte Mortgage) and Pulte Mortgage's loan officers we were assigned to was HORRIBLE, didn't answers questions and slow to response. Pulte Homes itself provide great service from the sales person to the construction manager and customer care people after closing. The mediocre workmanship come from all the contractors and sub-contractors they hired. They are not detail oriented and miss few things here and there. If you are OCD, you gonna have issues. Overall, Pulte Homes quality is pretty standard. Again, we only bought home from Pulte Homes once, and the market we are in right now is sort of weird, supply chain issues with building material and labor shortage which is maybe the reason why the contractors and sub-contractors aren't that good. ...
