Overall good experience. Good: My salesman Brad (while still my salesman) and the field manager Steve. Steve was always accommodating and a source of knowledge. Not so Good: Purchased during pandemic and could not go to design center personally to see samples. Had to seek that out on my own to the best of my abilities. That part of the buying process, in my opinion was unfair. I was sold a home with a mask on but couldn’t get the same when time to design my first home?

With PULTE, as with any other builder, you really need to check that everything that was in agreement was met....

Our overall experience with Pulte was very positive, with a few small but bothersome issues. There were a few repair items we pointed out to the build team during our various meetings. While some of those were addressed upon reinspection, others weren’t and we had to repeatedly ask for some minor repairs and touch ups to be completed.

The build was fast. The homes are very assembly line and common standard. Don't expect anything great or cutting edge but, for the money it's pretty good

Pulte Exceeded expectations at all levels of the home building process. We are very happy with the finished home. Very elegant!

Every step of the process was pretty straightforward and easy except for Pulte Mortgage, that was a terrible experience. I do not recommend using them. But everyone else involved were beyond great and helpful.

Design center needs to take extra time to make sure the buyer understands everything that is being selected. The overall quality of construction is great. The cleanup before the home owner could be better. We have a lot of grout that is smeared all over the tiles. It will take a long time to clean it. The tile installer was good on the floor but the kitchen back splash and shower stall tile could be better. The grout in the shower was very sloppy and the cleanup wasn't done properly. No one seemed to care when I expressed my concern.

This is my first house, i really like the quality of Pulte and design but the only thing was few minor details were not discussed not a major issue but like gas connection at the backyard patio and light fixture at gathering room.. rest everything is great.

make sure that final punch is done at least one week in advance of your closing date.

Ensure all walk through items are completed before sign.

So far so good, we are just here for 45 days, no problem found. Good small community.

it is complicated to have every little detail worked out, however you do a pretty good job in this regard just a matter of having some areas duly cleaned for delivery...acces gate, garage for example.

Working with everyone, from sales to close and a great experience. Answered all our questions and they were very helpful.

I wish there is better communication among teams working with clients. It would have made a lot different had loan team communicated more with the builders so that everyone would be on the same page rather than leaving the client to figure things out themselves.

Realistically priced and good to very-good quality of materials and workmanship, Pulte Homes are truly built to be lived-in. The designed living spaces feel like they are made with real-life conditions and not model-quality living. I found the people who work for Pulte are very friendly and down to earth. The only suggestion I would give to new home buyers is to do a regular inspection of your home during the build process and you will save yourself a lot of future frustrations.

Pulte homes are very functional and have great open floor plans. I'm overall satisfied with the purchase of our home, but if you are looking to purchase a Pulte home be aware during the final walk through. I started noticing the the quality of the paint, tile and overall build which is not excellent, but average.

Pulte does good work. I would recommend buying a home from them.

The homes and community are very interesting. You can count on Pulte to finish what it started, unlike other builders who initiate a community then end up leaving parts of it to another builder that the community looks hodge podge in the end. The sales and design process was great, but execution leaves more to be desired though.

So far, I am excited about my new Pulte home, and overall I feel that my experiences were generally positive. The sales agent, Tamu, in particular was incredible to work with and very helpful. I do have some reservations about aspects of the closing, as it was moved up by a week due to nearing the end of the year, which led to many aspects feeling rushed. This is all the more frustrating due to progressively finding more concerns about the home over the almost 2 months living here, including areas that corners were cut or elements that are not working as intended (or at all). This certainly raises concerns that issues arose in workmanship and quality due to Pulte's rush to close before year's end. Despite this, I remain cautiously optimistic, as the new home warranty should address these concerns. I still have issues that I've submitted on through the portal that have been un resolved. I have a lose spindle on my stairs, the a/c still runs hot in certain rooms even after having someone come out.

Good but found out alot issues that took time to be addressed and multiple times but overall Ryan was great
