In buying our first home, my wife and I have a pretty good experience. Our Construction manager was there for us and answered all our questions, our salesperson helped us with decisions and has even gone beyond her duties even after we have moved in. The people who handled our financing and mortage were super friendly and helpful as well! Shoot, even though it was way after hours, one of them reached out towards me and helped my wife and I get a better rate. Overall it was pretty good, the only downfall was the timeliness and that when my wife and I were choosing some qualities of the home, that we could not physically see all that we wanted. Had a pretty good experience in the whole home buying process. From sales through building contractors and to closing the home, the entire team treated me with respect. They made me a part of the building process by informing me of the progresses made and asked if i had any questions. Had a little hiccups in the last days before closing but they quickly worked together to get the job done on time to close. I love my home and haven’t had any problems so far.

Great Communication through out the whole process

Project managers need to pay more attention to the contractors and check on the work the day is done or the day after to make sure it was done correctly

Pulte works hard to ensure we, as buyers, were happy. They have built into the process periodic "builder/buyer" walkthrough inspections to make sure we understood what was being built into the house and to ensure our concerns were addressed

I love Lexington plan we built with Pulte. There is a lot of space, closets are big. House is keeping cool well during hot days, I noticed energy efficiency compared to old house we used to live. That 2 stories house needs only one AC unit!

It was ok. Pretty painless. The after care seems to be doing ok. I'd probably buy from Pulte again. I'm not sure. Maybe.

Nice unique homes with smart features

Had a amazing team to work with... from sales to construction managers to mortgage processors. My answers and concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

Working with the builder was a great experience. We learned a lot about homes and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We did have a few challenges throughout the process, but we are overall happy with our home purchase. Our biggest disappointment was narrowing down the closing date. We were given a rough estimate - 30 day window and we’re assured that it would be closer to early to mid October. Our apartment lease was up in September, so we decided to extend a month on our rent, only to turn around and close in late September. We asked for a different date and the response was a hard no. No explanation given, just a no. We ended up paying an entire month of rent because of their unwillingness to move the closing date. ... More

The home is great. I wish Pulte would put a blind on the glass section of the back foot. It’s very difficult to obtain something to cover the glass for privacy. Also at least paint the garage so it does not look old on the walls. Thank you.

Mark has been awesome in following up any issues since we’ve moved in. He’s made this experience excellent.

We have been in our hone about 6 weeks and have had no major issues. Mark has responded immediately to any issues that have cone up.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and friendliness of working with Pulte. Having come from a full custom build, downsizing to this Pulte, was so pleasant. Mark was a superb foreman and answered all our needs quickly and effectively.

We purchased a home that was built and was unoccupied for 9 months. Home is good quality but expect contractor grade hardware and fixtures unless you are going to build from scratch and upgrade. They have been quick to fix issues we have run into after our purchase. No wiggle room on price from my experience.

We've bought several new homes. Pulte's design and value are superb. Some of the workmanship and materials have been disappointing, however haven't spoiled our experience. Where our experience has been spoiled is the mediocre communication we've received from sales rep Crystal and Builder/Warranty guy Stuart. Their communication, efforts, and enthusiasm come across halfhearted. There is still some simple work on my home that needs to be done that has taken weeks and still not resolved. Who do I need to speak with that cares and has urgency???

We love our new home

Pulte was responsive to our concerns of after sale issues. While the finishing painters were not the best and I would have a hard time calling the landscapers...landscapers, over all we love the house and are pleased with our purchase. Our salesperson was the best! And our coordinator for picking out interior design was also good, she really knew how to put everything together.

We are happy with our new home.
