Stay involved with the building process. Check on your home during all buildings stages. Pulte did a great job calling with weekly updates.

From the day we walked the model we knew Pulte was who we wanted to build with. From sales to design to construction, all Pulte employees were professional and truly cared about our home buying experience. Josh, construction manager, took time to explain anything we needed week after week (sometimes over and over) and really helped us feel comfortable from the day the first nail went in to the day we got our keys. Working with Pulte Mortgage was our only hiccup, but they give you credit toward the house if you use them so I guess customer service can drop a bit. Despite this issue I still have a great respect for the Pulte brand. If I could give advice to any potential buyer, just ask questions! We are pleased with our new home. The construction is solid and there have been very few issues that needed resolving after closing. We credit this in large part to the superintendent overseeing the construction of our home for Pulte. He was responsive very willing to listen to our concerns. He was very educational. He has been on top of the issues we have brought to his attention. The biggest issue has been drainage which is still being worked out. This neighborhood is on clay which does not drain. This is having to be addressed with a French Drain. We only wish Pulte had been pro-active and installed this when construction was underway. Having lived in the home for just a couple of months we are very pleased. The detail work is very good and the house is solidly built. The best thing about building with Pulte is the outstanding level of communication and support during and after the build. Pulte has been very responsive and has corrected anything that we asked be addressed, even well after the deal was done. We would definitely consider Pulte homes.

Overall home buying experience was excellent. Jane the sales person helped us all the way and made things easy. I would definitely recommend Pulte home to family and frinds

The building process was on time, the floor plan is beautiful, design center options were affordable. Also Pulte Mortgage was very helpful and professional.

Overall very happy with experience at Pulte. The construction manager stayed on top of the whole project, communicated very well and addressed any concerns raised. Although there were some minor issues within the first couple of weeks, they were addressed very quickly. It was a much different and better experience than that of a competitor in the same community of Inspiration.

Larry at the sales office was exceptional of great assistance in explaining every stage of this sales process down to the closing. I am satisfied with his service and would always refer home buyers tobhis office.

We purchased the Mooreville Plan from Pulte. The home has good features and the finishes are of a high quality. Overall we are satisfied with our choice.

With Pulte home, our first experience was really great. Alejandro and Spencer were in a great communication regarding updates, closing perps and the like. However the experience I had with loan department was not satisfactory at all as I mentioned in my previous survey. Following that, some of the commitments I expected to be fulfilled have not be done accordingly which is turning our great experience into not so good. For instance, on our way to closing location, we expressed our dissatisfaction for the fact that the house didn’t have the combo oven that was supposed to be completed before we close. Spencer called us on our way to closing and assured us that the combo oven will be installed in 4 weeks from now and told us that he got confirmation from his supervisor that we will get it. We took his word and sign the closing documents. Today it’s our 7 weeks since we closed the house and we didn’t have a combo oven. We understand the supply issue that everyone is going through, but our expectations have not been met and the commitment has not been fulfilled. We are also noticing lack of follow through on the maintenance personnel who are coming to fix some issues we have. We believe Pulte could do better on making sure the people who are working with Pulte are being held in a high standard and accountability. ... More

I still love the decision I made towards purchasing this home. There’s several things that are pending to be fixed since I moved in about two months ago to be fixed.

No response on issues reported

There was a lot of back and forth as regards to verification of income which is somewhat expected. However the team was swift in the approval process . Interest rate didn’t help my case but I’m hoping things gets better as time goes on. Overall I’m satisfied with quality of the home .

The home buying process was great. Regular update throughout my build. Perfect home for me and my family.

Didn’t have a great experience with the sales person even had to escalate the issue’s however everything else was great. Construction manager and had a change in sales manager helped turn the experience around. Definitely loved the design and quality work how they do the construction.

Jimmy the construction supervisor was great to work with. Friendly and responsive to our issues. Marie was the mortgage office was not really helpful. She did not answer or return phone calls in a timely manner. She was asking for information that we had provided twice before on the day before we were supposed to close. That made for a very stressful day.
