Very nice people, good experience.

The entire building process was easy and clear, the customer service and responsiveness, in time delivery stood at the top level compared to other builders in the community. If there are any negatives they solved pretty fast. More over they built the home in the given time frame with out any delays.

On time delivery. good communication. good reponse to concerns raised. But i feel like the quality can be improved . I am noticing lots of tiny tiny issues that needs to be fixed. They are very responsive.

From start to finish, our experience with Pulte was great. We have been well taken care of, lots of open communication and celebration, and even after our build was complete & moved in, we have been well taken care of on anything that has arisen in a timely fashion. Great value for the price. I heard a lot of horror stories about spec home builders, even in my own subdivision, but Pulte has been great to me. Any issues I've had were addressed to my satisfaction so far. The team seems to be genuinely concerned about the customers satisfaction and has been completely transparent.

The house is well built and floor plan is convenient. There are some minor issues that would be taken care of in the next few weeks - delay due to current emergency conditions.

The process of building was very easy. We also feel a tremendous value in the home. What we paid was less per square foot than just about anything in the area by a significant amount. Like any new build there are small things to complain about with the workmanship, but nothing serious. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. I would also like to comment on the quality of the build managers. We had two throughout the process at different stages and they were both extremely communicative and responsive to issues. Buying experience with Pulte Homes is very smooth. I recommend them.

Solid communication from start to finish. The team was Transparent with us and this was a smooth process. Great craftsmanship for the cost.

Upgrade the house itself. Upgrade certain basics after move in. Great building process and supervisors.

We were happy with Pulte's designs and floorplans. The buying process was easy and everything went according to schedule. Would recommend to someone else!

Very good builder. A few items to improve more. Wish to have more choices of design options. Need solutions to reduce the noise of internal Heater chamber

From the beginning to the end we had a great experience. There were a few things along the way that required attention but Pulte and the team worked diligently and quickly to correct any and all issues we had along the way.

For easy process just have documents ready when they ask for them , to speed up your purchase.

LOVED my salesperson, Carlton! He guided me and explained things each step of the way. Although the backyards here are small, it turns out that means there's less work to maintain them. The base price is builder-grade materials however you can upgrade to make it semi-custom. Glad to be in North Austin close to Round Rock and shopping while still enjoying a small-town feel.

I reccomend pulte to everyone!
