Overall very happy with the work.

The experience with Pulte has been very good. From the iniial contact through closing the staff has been top notch.

The purchase process was easy and I feel confident that my home was constructed well. Working with my field manager was a breeze as was with my sales representative. We opted to finance through Pulte Mortage in order to take advantage of the incentives we were offered, and this was mostly hassle-free although there were times when our loan processor was difficult to work with and unclear regarding various requirements.

My wife and I worked with Pulte on the building of our first home. Everything was very easy from the get go all the way through closing. They were very responsive to questions/concerns and I always felt in the loop throughout the construction process.

I wish they would have given themselves enough time to do more thorough final cleaning.

My experience with Pulte was as a first time buyer and the first time working with a builder. I had heard about being on your toes with builders but Pulte truly cared about my opinion and their perception the whole way through the process. From selecting the model, to the lot, to the interiors they constantly made sure I was comfortable. During the build process, I constantly received updates from the project manager along with pictures and had a standing invite to come see the house whenever I wanted. Again, all the while being constantly asked for my feedback. My only negative experience came from the Pulte title company which couldn't be bothered to communicate with me about my closing until the day before. Our construction foreman was fabulous, over 20 years with the company and he communicated all the time and was very responsive to our needs. As this being my first home buying process- Pulte made the experience enjoyable, contrary to all the horror stories I've heard with home buying. The staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. The Builder was also very pleasant to work with. Everything that was promised was delivered with great quality and satisfaction. Not once did I feel I was getting the run around or receiving false information. The quality of the home superb and I'm happy to have them as my first home builder.

The home purchasing process was fairly easy but there was some incompetence and a lack of responsiveness with our second salesperson but the third one was exceptional, very customer-focused, responsive and a pleasure to work with. There were a lot of minor errors in the building process and a lack of attention to detail on simple construction. Overall the experience was OK but it wasn't the greatest. We'd rate the overall experience a 7 out of 10.

Didn't seem like Pulte took any of our concerns to heart and until 2 days before closing definitely never showed an ounce of urgency to rectify problems we brought to their attention MULTIPLE TIMES. Maybe that's normal for new build homes, we've not done it before and based on this experience we won't again.

Buying experience was great. Yard grass was not that great, grass was sick and poor quslity

Overall its great, but can be improved a lot. Quality is not focused as much as on prices. Needs some re designs on some basic needs in the house. The basic options should change as prices are increased other wise the quality shows low.

Unreasonable policy on delays. I had to pay extra money from my pocket for no issue of mine. Escalated to CEO, no response. Will probably think twice before buying another home w/ Pulte.

The initial sales person was very upfront with a lot things and the sales process overall was smooth. The loan company is very predatory. They lie to close the loan and are trying to squeeze everything out of you. Then coming to closing, the construction manager cared about my experience and the home though there were delays. The area manager is not so helpful and felt like all he cared was closing the home. The construction manager Gilbert is an asset to Pulte as he single handedly made my purchase and post purchase support exceptional. He was very responsive, attentive, and willing to do everything we asked for. Though the process seemed a bit out of place with delays in work, Gilbert pulled through for us and I think he genuinely cared for our home and our experience. Post purchase, the warranty team so far has been exceptional. Larry from the warranty team is also an asset to Pulte. He seems to care about home owner experience. These two people may as well make me give Pulte homes another shot next time I am in market or someone I know is in the market and asks for my experience. ... More

There are sone issues that can’t even be explained. Door trim that is uneven with the wall. Bedroom closet doors that are so big they scrap on clothes abd I have to “hide” behind to get to part of the closet. very poor design.

The house is nice but in certain finishes you can tell they went cheap.

Pulte delivered house after 18 months after the date I signed. Still lot of issues in the home. Field manager did very good job to address issues but if he schedule repairs still nobody use to show up to do the work. It is kind of frustrating.

The contractors that Pulte has access to are just not that good. There were many things that had to be recompleted correctly. My superintendent was very good! He was able to get projects recompleted correctly. Some timely and some not so timely.

we moved in in dec22 and we were very excited to move into our first new home. after some back and forth with the site manager john/lori they said they couldn’t finish our house prior to closing. thus we had an agreement that all pending work would be completed after we came back from our vacation prior to christmas. needless to say it is now feb and we still have things that need repair / replacing. it seems the builder team was spread too thin at the end of the year and we were at the losing end of it. i am currently working with the site manager at hidden oaks to fix our issues but we are not pleased with the results. also our neighbor had a sewer clog and backup into his 1st floor. shoddy work most likely because they had to rush during the holiday season. it’s too bad because we heard pulte was a good company but now we have some regrets. i’m trying hard not to be angry in this post but i feel we have been more than patient with the builder team. we have photos to prove the work was incomplete. be careful. ... Craig was a super responsive and helpful builder. Through the process he was very respectful and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure or questions were answered. Even after closing he has helped us with a handful of questions we have had since becoming home owners.

It was good but could have done better

Our house is great but we as we started living in it, we started to notice the poor paintwork. We called out many items during our walk-throughs and they were either not done or they were done very poorly. We also noticed the floors are chipped in certain areas and our garage door is damaged.

8/10 for our experience beginning to end.

Overall the experience was a good one. From the moment we met our sales consultant to the very end at closing, everyone maintained a professional and courteous attitude. We chose to finance with Pulte mortgage and besides some minor communication issues everything went well. The closing was smooth and much better than I was expecting. There have been some issues with the quality and workmanship of the home. Seems like they were really trying to get the house complete and sold and some things were missed. Since closing I've had to submit at least 4 warranty claims, but to their credit, all warranty claims have been taken care of very promptly and professionally.
