We were happy with everything by closing. Jimmy and Shane our building managers were top notch. Anything we were not happy with, they took care of.

Definitely good value for the price... However, quality assurance (QA) of contractors' work need more oversight... Worth the money to hire home inspector before closing/moving in to spot the needed adjustments/work missed by QA/inspectors in order for the site manager to get rectified...

This being our first home Pulte really made the entire process easy and fun.

We are very satisfied with out new home! We didn't know what to expect going into the build process, but working with Bobby and Blake was phenomenal. Their level of communication was incredible and they addressed any issue that came up. The housing market is wacko in this area...so it's hard to gauge the "value for the price paid" rating. We are very pleased with the product, though!

Team at Parmer crossing is a great team. I was really impressed bu the support they showed during whole process of delivering house. The house was delivered on the date confirmed. I am really impressed with team Lamonica, Josh and Shaun and Project Manager who started our home.. Great Thank you to all for making our first home.

Value for price paid for this area of Texas is tops.

The sales consultant and the overall buying experience was fantastic! The quality of the home seemed like they skimped a little. Walls/ baseboards aren’t even straight or even.

Love our home, but disappointed at some of the final work. A lot of painting that needs to be redone.

Great home and value

I like the design and flow of my house. Project manager gave detailed description of phases of the construction. Final walk went through every little detail of the house and I was satisfied that I would be moving into a well-constructed house.

We're loving our new house and neighborhood. We chose Pulte because of the flexibility of their plans and being able to have two offices + two bedrooms. Everything turned out great and the team was good to work with. Our house was delayed by four months from the original close date, which was one of the only things that could have been improved.

Manny was great! He was very accommodating to our timeline and continues to be a great resource for us!

The staff that handle the post inspection and repairs are very determined to fix any issues with your home. Nicolette is extremely helpful and quick to get the job done. I can only say that I am grateful for everything that she has done for me and my family. I need to mention Tara, Frank and Sam because they have been extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you Pulte!

Steven went above and beyond to make sure our small issue after closing were fixed. Many times coming to fix it himself.

We wanted to make very minor changes to a processed that was rushed. We were under the impression that we could. Instead, we found out that simple changes in the framing process that would help us on the back end were not an option. Pulte builds a good production home, but do not believe for a second that you can make changes or modifications. Otherwise, a great house and a good experience.

My experience with Pulte was mixed overall, but the quality of my home and my confidence in it comes down to one person: Troy, my construction manager. Sales Experience The sales experience itself was fine. There was significant pressure to sign a contract quickly, without having full visibility into design costs. I also did not learn that my lot had a 15-foot easement that cannot be built on until after the contract was signed, which was beyond frustrating. That said, Kenny and Stephanie were both kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, and I appreciated their support. Design Experience The design process fell short. While Pam was exceptional, the structure of the process made it unnecessarily difficult, especially compared to other Pulte neighborhoods. I had a single three-hour design appointment. This could have worked if I’d been provided current option catalogs and pricing in advance, but instead, sales was only able to provide outdated brochures from 2020, which made preparation nearly impossible. I did make use of design walk-in hours, but they are limited to a few hours on 2 weekdays and the showroom is nearly an hour from this neighborhood. Once there, most materials are stored away, making it difficult to evaluate options. For example, tile samples are stored vertically like books in a library, requiring you to pull each one out individually rather than being able to view them displayed, unlike larger Pulte showrooms. The process felt inefficient and stressful, especially given the magnitude of the decisions being made. Thankfully Pam understood and was flexible and kind through the experience. Construction Experience The reason I am writing this review is to ensure Troy receives the recognition he truly deserves. Before Troy took over my build, I was considering pulling out of my contract. I did not trust my previous construction manager and did not feel confident in the quality of the home being built. He was combative, wasn’t willing to answer some of my questions and contested me bringing in my own 3rd inspector. Troy joined my project around the time the foundation was completed, and from that point on, everything changed. He was extremely responsive, proactive, and transparent. He helped me secure a lighting change in my living room that made a significant difference in the final space. He worked closely and collaboratively with my independent inspector to ensure all concerns were addressed thoroughly. My inspector even noted that the quality of these homes comes down to the construction manager and I had a “top notch manager”. When vendors fell short, Troy stepped in personally, I’ve seen him cleaning homes and even installing landscaping himself. He makes sure the job gets done and is done well. Because of Troy, I have 100% confidence in this home. That confidence exists solely because of his integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way. I am deeply grateful for the time and care he invested into building this home for me, my recently widowed mother, and my son. Troy didn’t just manage a project he took responsibility for the outcome, and it shows in every part of the home. Most of the issues I encountered were process-related; my interactions with Pulte employees were consistently positive. While there were challenges in sales, design, and closing, construction is the most critical component, and thanks to Troy, it was handled extremely well. I’ve since been recommending Pulte to other families considering building in this area. Closing Experience The title company was helpful and informative, but Pulte’s handling of the closing was extremely stressful. The night before closing, Pulte attempted to push my closing to an unknown future date. Had I delayed closing, I would have been charged $620, yet this last-minute change was presented as acceptable on their end. With movers scheduled the next day, there was no realistic way to secure storage or temporary housing for my family and dogs on less than 24 hours’ notice. I had to push back hard to keep the closing on track. The issue stemmed from the lot not being properly recorded with the county, an avoidable problem given the six months available during construction. What should have been an exciting moment turned into a very stressful experience. The records have still not been updated, I have been unable to claim homestead and don't know when this issue will be resolved. I love my house and my lot, but you are dealing with big business so be prepared to push back at every corner and ask for more than you should. They will take advantage if given the chance, so you should do the same. The contract is written to fully protect them and not you so keep that in mind. ... More

After a rough initial experience, we are loving our new home.

Overall responsiveness of their team members was great. We did find the several aspects of the on-line portal to be somewhat clunky, however their team was happy to assist.

The staff was great doing all they could to make us happy. However due to some products specified, they had limitations. General Cleanup by subcontractors could have been better. Painters left some paint splatters in every room. Many pencil markings not erased. Bath sink faucets have downspouts that can swing outside of sink as well as plastic (not rubber) gaskets that can leak slightly. Pocket door lock is not the best. Overall, am satisfied with the home.

Overall the builders did a good job. This was our first home built from the ground up and so some of the issues may be normal that we experienced. I'd say out of the minimal issues we ran into the most frustrating one was we were told the house was going to be cleaned before closing and I don't think that ever happened. They vacuumed the floors but that's all it looked like they did because it's been two months now and we're still scrapping paint splatter off our floors in every room. windows weren't cleaned but again that could be a normal thing for a new house. one other note to future buyers is to check your stairs. My 10 yr old found out the hard way that the nails were poking through the carpet on every step on the stair case. I used a hammer on each step to smash them down. Other than that it was a pretty easy process.
