We have had a really bad experience with Pulte Homes and wishing now we hadn't bought it. Terrible quality, bad tradesmen, pushy construction managers, sub-par quality and workmanship. Majority of blue taped items weren't completed, after closing ll these items are time consuming to be handled. Trades come into fix their issue but are so sloppy that they damage other stuff and don't care about the property. Flooring trade came into fix soft spots in master bathroom, removed doors and put back pretty badly. There is metal cranking noises under sub-floor, LVP floor has ton of soft spots, ...

When we first coming everything great. During the time building the House it a lot issues- problems going on and very stressful to due with ….. After closing some projects they not done correctly. Overall buying experience was not great. We voiced our concerned with the boss on site (Darrian) and were told things will be done on time. The day we closed wasn’t really a “celebration” when we arrived to do our final walk of the home we found guys working on the roof, driveway was a mess, garage was a mess, painting wasn’t complete inside the home, we voiced our concerned about the temp difference between upstairs and downstairs and that wasn’t resolved, took forever for hot water to arrive throughout the entire home and he thought that was normal. The home inspection uncovered numerous problems, but they haven't addressed a single one. Many issues remain unresolved; they're simply stalling for time. If I had to choose again, I would absolutely not buy a house from this developer; they are absolutely terrible. I would also not recommend them to any of my friends.

Having owned homes from several other builders in the Bay Area, this was my first experience with Pulte, and it has been deeply disappointing. The sales team provided poor communication and a lack of guidance throughout the process. Even the key handover was impersonal, with no agent present. Furthermore, the construction quality is subpar compared to competitors; specifically, the driveway concrete is so poorly finished that cement washes away when watered. I would advise other buyers to be cautious before choosing Pulte.

Careful when purchasing a home with Pulte Homes in Bison Ridge…. Stay AWAY from RUBEN he is only interested in selling you a house and he will make you fill like he understands you and he will make you feel like he will go all the way with you, but if you bring a realtor things shift for the worst you will NEVER hear from him again not even to show his face and congratulate you for purchasing a new home. Prior to purchasing a new home in Oakwood, my Husband and I owned 4 previous homes ( a combination of new construction and resales built by various national builders). Im disappointed in quality of homes in few scenarios where paint work is done very badly, there was water leakage as soon as we moved, there was a bump on a wall, there were lot gaps between dry wall and doors, doors are not aligned with frame. whole climbing stairs wall is not smooth I mentioned it multiple times but builder didn't try to fix it. Mortage consultant where I was highly disappointed

Overall Pulte home buying was a terrible experience filled with uncertainty n disappointment. Other than the construction guys on the property, everyone was uncooperative starting from sales, mortgage personal to the final handover. After the possession of the property, every issue I had was treated like “it’s a YOU problem”.

I would not recommend this builder. The overall quality of work was disappointing, with several issues that should not happen in a professional build. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like concerns were not taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner. And the final result did not meet expectations. For such a significant investment, you expect attention to detail, reliability, and accountability — all of which were lacking here. I would strongly suggest doing thorough research and considering other builders before making a decision.

Within the first week after moving in, the AC system did not work, leaving us without cooling. It took significant effort to get attention to the issue. Worst experience ever! Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Dishonest at every turn. Promotions are a game on numbers and a pure attempt to deceive. Dan is rude and unprofessional. Marci deceived us about short term rentals and never did anything to rectify the situation. Leo is the worst supervisor and used profanities while speaking to me and took no accountability for his incompetence. I will never work with Pulte again. When I reached to complain it was always someone will contact you and no one ever did. Stay away from Pulte Homes.

I was lied to throughout the whole process by both Pulte and my Agent. I was told i could build a pool in the backyard and then found out once construction started there was a huge 15 ft drainage easement in my backyard that i cant build anything on. Govany is the worst super you could get. unresponsive, no accountability and constantly blaming others for his short comings. We have to replace the our entire floor, garage floor, repair cabinets, countertops, windows, carpet, and shower glass still 2 moths after closing. all items we brought up well in advance of closing and initial walkthrough. Very expensive starting from lot until utilities. Quality and workmanship is not up to the mark for the price paid for the home. Very limited walk through and that not adequate time provided. Floors on level is not even. Paid for many customization but most of them are below satisfactory level.
