There needs to be better communication and better quality of trades. The quality was to the minimum of code rather than quality expected with the new higher prices Pulte charges. Our yard was not graded and has so many flooding issues as well as our septic was never turned on until after a month we moved in, it could have been a disaster. 1/5 of our backyard is un-usable due to mud and no grading being done. We can’t let our dogs out in our backyard because of it and it’s unacceptable being 3 months in without anyone fixing it properly.

DESIGN IN 3RD BATH IN BEDROOM ACROSS FROM LAUNDRY HAS A DOOR THAT OPENS INTO BATHROOM. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A POCKET DOOR. FLOOR TILES IN HOUSE ARE UNEVEN. PAVERS ON BACK OF HOUSE ARE BROKEN AND VERY UNEVEN . BIG GAP UNDER BACK DOOR.SUBMIITED REQUEST AND TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK US IN 48 TO 72 HRS. NEVER HEARD BACK.

When I was shopping for my home I was shown the model homes that were immaculate. The sales representative was cordial and appeared friendly on the surface. After waiting months for my home to be built what I received was far from the immaculate model shown. My home was lacking the basics that should be offered with the purchase of a new home. First thing noticed was a lightbulb stuck up in the ceiling where clearly a light fixture should be. When I asked the field representative in charge of construction about it I was informed that I hadn’t purchased a light package. This was odd as I was never offered a light package nor informed that what is considered a spec home did not come with basic light fixtures. All upgrades that I had requested prior to moving in was denied and not allowed as I was informed this home was a spec home. Builder had already picked out all material to be used. No modification allowed. I made note that the master bathroom had been prepped for two light fixtures but was changed to one cheap fixture placed in the center. The previous prep for two fixture was drywall repaired. There are no towel racks in any of the bathrooms. That was also not an option. On the rear left side of the house there is damaged trim work. There is blue tape on the outside of the rear door where intended repairs were to take place but never completed. My rear sprinkler system was placed on the wrong side of the property line. Noted by the company hired to do a fence installation. There are nails and such left on top of the roof. When looking out the bedroom window it’s very noticeable that clean up wasn’t a concern. After waiting a month I finally will receive a mailbox key and gate stickers. This is unfortunate because builders should be more vested in establishing well built communities so that hard working family’s who more than likely are infesting a large portion of their life savings can be proud to call home. ... Paint issues, stucco issues, drywall texture issues, granite counter top issues, interior door issues, cabinet issues, plus many other including very poor follow-up from construction manager Conner.

The quality of workmanship is a 1 out of 10. Sloppy details, lack of pride, and supervisors that barely care themselves. Very quick to sell, very slow to correct mistakes.

The sales experience was good. However, the interior craftsmanship, such as tiling and painting was horrible even with paying for upgrades.

So many times people in & out to repair your house. Many problems in your house: from water to electric, to the walls (bend), bathrooms leak!! Water outside and talking with presentative who do not responds .. just by pass your requests.

There is lot of air leak from all the windows and when we approached the team they informed us that it is how they have manufactured Did we ask for that kind of windows which wont stop the cold air coming inside Staying in Illinois no one needs a house like this We paid the amount for this house no one gifted this to us No proper insulation entire house cannot maintain same temperature Lennar was the best when it comes to quality

We thought we trusted the brand name, but unfortunately, we did not receive what it was worth even though we paid for higher options.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Told by two home appraiser do not buy, but we have you the benefit of the doubt. Lots of things to be corrected.

Very dissatisfied with before and after closing services .

I really wish I could include pictures. The craftsmanship of my home is embarrassing. Corners are not 90 degrees (I was told this happens in every Pulte home). Front door doesn’t close/latch properly. The ceiling texturing doesn’t do all the way to the wall in some areas. My floors are uneven. None of the molding on the corners are smooth and the wood trim everywhere I looks like I plastered and painted over it. Interior doors are peeling at the top and bottom. So many fixtures are crooked. There is paint all over the floors. Carpets peel up at the corners (I was told this happens in ever Pulte home). My back door is not sealed properly and I can see light coming in therefore cold air and warm are will get in as well. So much caulking is messed up. My curtains move when the windows are closed due to a draft. Three issues I made tickets for have yet to be addressed (master bath temp/pressure, ac issue, and flooring). I don’t have the time to schedule everything. I expected more from Pulte. I had a really positive experience working with Allison on design. Please tell your buyers the slope of the lost when they select a lot. Had I known our backyard would be sloped like this I would have selected another lot. ... More

Bought a new home in Florida for just under a half million dollars. The interior of the home displays the worst level of “finish” work I have seen. Low quality materials, rough finish work on most baseboards and door and window frames. Entire kitchen and three full baths contained zero handles or pulls on any cabinets and drawers. House was still very dirty from construction debris when we took possession. A full month has passed and we are still finding things that need replacement or fixing. Not a good reflection on this builder.

Poor communication during buying process. Excellent in on line communication however difficult to talk to a person. Sales staff say No to every request without an explanation. Had to speak to upper management several times for simple requests. Walk through was very unfriendly and so impersonal. Follow thru during first days of moving in was ignored by all. Had a burning smell in Microwave and asked in writing if they could look at it. Wanted them to pull the oven out so it could be unplugged. No response Had a fire in microwave 3 days later with the fire department at my house at 1130 Pm( microwave was not in use at the time of incident) Pulte is very poor on follow up, customer service and communication ... Workmanship is worst I have seen. Never seen brand new homes with this many issues with my past builders

We were not able to catch issues at each step during the build. As you can imagine dealing with problems after you close, takes months to address all the issues. It has taken 2 months to address the14 work orders- that detail badly installed, missing or completely incorrect items put in place. When I say it feels like there was no pride in the work... one example is when there was a safety issues with the upgraded oven, when it was pulled out, we found sawdust, screws and other construction debris plus scratches in the upgraded cabnets- that were literally covered up!(which showed what little regard the workers have that this would be someone's home) We also noticed that most of the upgrade choices, we made at center, put the workers off their game as 90% has been incorrect, disregarded completely or put in place broken. Whats worse, when I pointed out one obvious issue, i was told "yeah, but its not as bad as the house around the corner"!! ... More

House lacks attention to details. Many things in the house have poor craftsman ship. Seems like Pulte developers were more interested in making sure they finished the houses before schedule to get a return on their investment. Rather than take some extra time to make sure everything was up to par for the homebuyer. Paint drips and poor quality paint job all over the house. Nails sticking out of the carpet in every room. Which I had to take up upon myself to hammer down so my 2 year old daughter would stop stepping on them. Cabinet drawer front panel fell off in kitchen. Bathroom molding poorly installed. Sloppy cocking job along molding. These are a few things we noticed living 3 weeks in the house. ... More

Things are great until you get the keys, then you start finding issues which will take them forever to resolve. Maake sure to resolve all issues BEFORE you take possession. You have been warned.

I had multiple issues with my home and they were VERY slow to resolve the issues and the more I look around the house the more poor craftmanship I see

beautiful layout but very shoddy workmanshiip. still waiting on celebration walk issues that did not get completed after my first walkthrough. still finding cracks and issues that have been reported to the builder but still have not been addressed.

I was told all issues would be taken care of before closing. They were not. I have been here a month and am still waiting

Please help me here. I’m first time home buyer

Since I moved I have home issues but Mr King came 1 time after that I summit my request nothing was done. Also dumpster truck company started to work at 5 am this is unacceptable because we have kids and dogs sleeping at this time. and others words super intendents only sleeping in the trucks all day. Contractors block streets and do what they want . my next review is going to google.
