There needs to be better communication and better quality of trades. The quality was to the minimum of code rather than quality expected with the new higher prices Pulte charges. Our yard was not graded and has so many flooding issues as well as our septic was never turned on until after a month we moved in, it could have been a disaster. 1/5 of our backyard is un-usable due to mud and no grading being done. We can’t let our dogs out in our backyard because of it and it’s unacceptable being 3 months in without anyone fixing it properly.

DESIGN IN 3RD BATH IN BEDROOM ACROSS FROM LAUNDRY HAS A DOOR THAT OPENS INTO BATHROOM. SHOULD HAVE BEEN A POCKET DOOR. FLOOR TILES IN HOUSE ARE UNEVEN. When I was shopping for my home I was shown the model homes that were immaculate. The sales representative was cordial and appeared friendly on the surface. After waiting months for my home to be built what I received was far from the immaculate model shown. My home was lacking the basics that should be offered with the purchase of a new home. So many times people in & out to repair your house. Many problems in your house: from water to electric, to the walls (bend), bathrooms leak!! Water outside and talking with presentative who do not responds .. just by pass your requests.

There is lot of air leak from all the windows and when we approached the team they informed us that it is how they have manufactured Did we ask for that kind of windows which wont stop the cold air coming inside Staying in Illinois no one needs a house like this We paid the amount for this house no one gifted this to us No proper insulation entire house cannot maintain same temperature Lennar was the best when it comes to quality

I really wish I could include pictures. The craftsmanship of my home is embarrassing. Corners are not 90 degrees (I was told this happens in every Pulte home). Front door doesn’t close/latch properly. The ceiling texturing doesn’t do all the way to the wall in some areas. My floors are uneven. None of the molding on the corners are smooth and the wood trim everywhere I looks like I plastered and painted over it. Interior doors are peeling at the top and bottom. New home buying in Florida

Bought a new home in Florida for just under a half million dollars. The interior of the home displays the worst level of “finish” work I have seen. Low quality materials, rough finish work on most baseboards and door and window frames. Entire kitchen and three full baths contained zero handles or pulls on any cabinets and drawers. House was still very dirty from construction debris when we took possession. A full month has passed and we are still finding things that need replacement or fixing. Not a good reflection on this builder.

Poor communication during buying process. Excellent in on line communication however difficult to talk to a person. Sales staff say No to every request without an explanation. Had to speak to upper management several times for simple requests. Walk through was very unfriendly and so impersonal. Follow thru during first days of moving in was ignored by all. Had a burning smell in Microwave and asked in writing if they could look at it. Wanted them to pull the oven out so it could be unplugged. No response Had a fire in microwave 3 days later with the fire department at my house at 1130 ...

We were not able to catch issues at each step during the build. As you can imagine dealing with problems after you close, takes months to address all the issues. It has taken 2 months to address the14 work orders- that detail badly installed, missing or completely incorrect items put in place. House lacks attention to details. Many things in the house have poor craftsman ship. Seems like Pulte developers were more interested in making sure they finished the houses before schedule to get a return on their investment. Rather than take some extra time to make sure everything was up to par for the homebuyer. Paint drips and poor quality paint job all over the house. Nails sticking out of the carpet in every room. Since I moved I have home issues but Mr King came 1 time after that I summit my request nothing was done. Also dumpster truck company started to work at 5 am this is unacceptable because we have kids and dogs sleeping at this time. and others words super intendents only sleeping in the trucks all day. Contractors block streets and do what they want . my next review is going to google.
