Closing date was moved two different occasions. July 21 to August 28 and then to September 28. Issues that were brought to light weeks before closing have still not been addressed or resolved. Customer care only sends emails, no phone correspondence.

This is the second home we built with Pulte. The quality isn't the same and there were minor changes that impacted overall quality and value. Cabinets were made cheaply, front steps are no longer concrete but small TREX steps, porch is barely wide enough to walk, garage is ridiculously small and you need to pay extra to get a larger garage. My third row SUV BARELY fits! Cars are larger nowadays and families have bikes and cars, golf clubs, snow blowers, lawn mowers that need to fit in a typical garage and they don't! So much wrong .. should not be like this for a newly built home.

Great Sales Personal and Mortgage people Construction crew chief was vey good ,, quality workmanship on house----well not so great ..... The personal building appear to less then qualified and in a hurry to get work done alot of simple quality features missed... trying to get things corrected good luck see ya in a the next lifetime.... after you close---your almost on your own

Pulte builds cheap quality homes. After moving in I definitely felt that in terms of value proposition, it is not worth it. The homes are built with cheap quality materials and finishes.

Initial sale about the purchase was easy and comfortable, not pressured. The project manager listened to our problems with the house, relay’s they will be resolved then you fill out a work order and get no where.Finish work is subpar.Sod looks dead in parts of the backyard, window seal broken so I see condensation.Baseboard going into the attic not finished.

Take too much time to respond and too many repairs after closing

Middle-of-the-road builder suddenly finding themselves building $1m+ homes. Nice people, but really out of their league. It's unclear whether the company even really wants to be selling houses this expensive. It's clearly a struggle for them internally.

Please have somebody in a higher position yo review my problems. Tried for weeks to get someone

They have been extremely poor in responding and repairing things that needed to be corrected. Some of the items should never have passed inspection

my kitchen slab is build incorrectly it seems dont know how to fix that issue

After closing on Jun 14, I’m still waiting for some repairs to be done. Kitchen cabinet missing baseboard, missing crown molding, etc. The pending issues is taking to long to be resolved.

Very disappointed in the overall conclusion and move in experience. Also, there should be two elevators in each building not just the one, with the amount of use they get.. Very unorganized. Once in, did not find the cabinetry nor the shower doors to be of good quality. Also, have reached out to have questions answered and no one at the Management company has returned my phone call. Rather dismayed, as I had heard good things about Pulte.

Many tasks not completed on time. Many things not known when making selections.

Overall ok. But no proper response for any issues.missed few things.

Well it’s overpriced, every windows are not done correctly so you can’t install window shades and garage doesn’t come with basic paint for almost 500k house and this is our 5th brand new house and all the houses we ever purchased came with basic paint so doesn’t look like patches on the wall everywhere We took a walk with construction person and made a checklist and 50% of items were not done and at finally inspection we pointed out and he reacted as it’s normal than finally got it done. Would it recommend pulte to anyone- not really Let’s see what happens at end of year inspection now

This home building experience has been the least enjoyable of the last 3 I have been through. Quality control and workmanship were horrible and 6+ weeks later, I’m still dealing with all of the issues upon move in. I had to have a meeting with the Customer Care Specialist yesterday to go through the laundry list of punch list items yet to be addressed. This takes time out of my busy work schedule. If I had wanted to buy a fixer upper and go through a renovation, I would have done that. The reason to build a new home was to avoid all of these frustrations! Is the home beautiful? Yes. Our ceiling seams and wall seams were less than professional. Pulte sent APV to address. The APV tech informed the only way to correct the ceiling mismatch was to have the complete ceiling texture reworked. It's been 2 weeks and no followup from a Pulte rep.

It has been a rocky experience this first couple of months in our home. We don't feel like we've been taken care of as new homeowners. We are also questioning the craftsmanship on our new home. We're hoping that working with the warranty team, we will get the results we are looking for.

Pulte was 100% communicative and responsive during the home buying process. AFTER I moved into the home, there were a few issues that needed to be taken care of - one of which that was promised during the final walk thru - that still has yet to be delivered. Constant calls to the community customer representatives for repairs on items is turning out to be a nightmare and quite frankly is a huge disappointment. I've had to request several service request on the SAME issue. The assigned customer service representative does not follow up nor returns calls nor emails. I've made a huge monetary investment in purchasing this home and I'm sad to see such a quality builder be represented by employees that don't abide by the Pulte Guarantee. ... More

We were reminded several times by numerous employees of Pulte that Pulte is not a custom builder.

We have a beautiful home, but feel like the materials used were cheap. Main issues is how cheap the drywall feels. Things seemed to done at a rushed pace. Our deck has a ton of nails already sticking thru wood leaving a danger to our kid is. I feel like we have basement that we can’t use due to how much moisture I am still drawing out on a daily basis. Frustrated with the fight to have Pulte bury the bury they connected to our pump. We do love our home, we are just concerned with longevity of the house.

The overall design and layout were good but the quality of workmanship for the price is frustrating. The home is very loud when people walk and conversations can be heard through walls. The home doesn't feel solid. The layout works for our family but the quality could be better for price.
