Tyler the job supervisor is great however the vendors are not. The appliance vendor is terrible. They set the refrigerator with shims instead of leveling t without telling anyone. Then they broke off a support leg without telling anyone. They came back and left the frig set 2 inches higher on one side than the other. Finally the came back with a new frig. They damaged the walls, railings and floor transition in the process. They got dirt and grease all over the doors, frig and cabinets without cleaning them up. Miserable vendor who should be fired. The homes and community are very interesting. You can count on Pulte to finish what it started, unlike other builders who initiate a community then end up leaving parts of it to another builder that the community looks hodge podge in the end. The sales and design process was great, but execution leaves more to be desired though.

Pulte homes come with average standard options. The model homes give a false impression of what a Pulte home actually looks like. There are many options to upgrade with prices that are very expensive. The home was built very quickly which was a benefit. However, there were numerous repairs that needed to be made due to poor quality work in some areas. The construction managers were responsive to correcting our concerns.

The house is nice, a few issues were found and are being addressed, quality was overlooked for time it seems in parts of construction. The hoa fees are high, especially for the area, and there so far is no reason for this...no play areas, garbage not included, and a gate that is only closed evenings. Not sure what we’re paying for in regards to hoa

Generally speaking, Pulte's standards are high and their responsiveness to issues is excellent; however, there is room for improvement when it comes to the supervision of subcontractors/business partners during the final "finishing" construction phase. Some finish items need more attention to detail: carpentry trim work, final painting (we had lots of "overspray" at the crown molding/wall area; crooked electrical switch plates; granite not polished (rough edges); landscaping selections don't fit size/scale of yard. Be sure to have your own inspection done on the house and make sure to have them come back out once the repairs “are completed”. I’ll leave it at that.

Our salesperson Brent was very helpful from start to finish. The Loan process was relatively easy. Punch list was created during final walk before closing, addressed prior to getting keys. Closed within the timeline provided from the start.

Bought my first home with Pulte! Overall great experience. The only issues i encountered was the mortgage process. It has to get pushed back (their fault) only for them to sell it to another company not even a month into owning the home. I also had some walkthrough issues that have yet to be fixed. We like our house and we got a great deal for the home we’re in, I just hope it lasts!

In searching for a townhome, it’s my experience that Pulte has a higher level of standard than comparable builders in the area. The interior layouts and the neighborhood layout, all have been thought out a bit more. A driveway was standard, garages were all painted, the home layout was more open and natural, and the portal after moving in for submitting tickets was quality. However, I also generally have found that all builders (even Pulte), build to code—meaning that they don’t go above and beyond the minimum requirements. I have found so many mostly fairly small problems. It is like pulling teeth to get the help I need and I still have unresolved issues after 2 months. I have doors that won't shut. Missing door stoppers so dings in walls, unanswered questions as simple as what paint colors can I get for touch up. How hard is that?

The house is beautiful, that said I do have some issues with the house. I don’t think the quality is there for the price. I’ve had trouble with the AC and the flooring. They are willing to help remedy the issues as long as it’s before you close on the house.

Pulte is a fine builder and were great to work with during the build process. They were extremely transparent and communicative. Once we closed, that transparency stopped and trustworthiness declined. We were told we won’t have a driveway for a while because the weather in Ohio in April. It made sense until the unoccupied homes down the street that were quick move ins got driveways poured. We called Pulte and they told us the city won’t let them sell homes unless there is a permanent driveway which for us wasn’t the case because we built our house during the winter. Home is an adequate entry level home... Rotten egg smell water

Everything is good however still after 7 months living in this property, every time I open the faucets upstairs the first 3 to 4 minutes there is a horrible smell and even though I mentioned to the construction manager; his response was that it was bc I hadn’t used the water so it was in the tank and bla bla bla… after 7 months, it still smells bad every time I take a shower or bath… not one is there to take the blame. Everything else during this 7 months have been very good.

Work order system is slow. A contractor comes to fix cracks in the foundation and can only fix one because the work order says "crack" not "cracks". He was unable to get permission to fix all so he has to come back. What a waste of everyones time. We are also disappointed with some of the craftsmanship. Even after the final walk through we found many small instances of work that looked like it was hastily done. Also disappointed with quality of some of the materials used. We paid for baseboard upgrades and were suprised that they were not actual wood.
