The homes and community are very interesting. You can count on Pulte to finish what it started, unlike other builders who initiate a community then end up leaving parts of it to another builder that the community looks hodge podge in the end. The sales and design process was great, but execution leaves more to be desired though.

Pulte homes come with average standard options. The model homes give a false impression of what a Pulte home actually looks like. There are many options to upgrade with prices that are very expensive. The home was built very quickly which was a benefit. However, there were numerous repairs that needed to be made due to poor quality work in some areas. The construction managers were responsive to correcting our concerns.

The house is nice, a few issues were found and are being addressed, quality was overlooked for time it seems in parts of construction. The hoa fees are high, especially for the area, and there so far is no reason for this...no play areas, garbage not included, and a gate that is only closed evenings. Not sure what we’re paying for in regards to hoa

Generally speaking, Pulte's standards are high and their responsiveness to issues is excellent; however, there is room for improvement when it comes to the supervision of subcontractors/business partners during the final "finishing" construction phase. Some finish items need more attention to detail: carpentry trim work, final painting (we had lots of "overspray" at the crown molding/wall area; crooked electrical switch plates; granite not polished (rough edges); landscaping selections don't fit size/scale of yard. Work order system is slow. A contractor comes to fix cracks in the foundation and can only fix one because the work order says "crack" not "cracks". He was unable to get permission to fix all so he has to come back. What a waste of everyones time. We are also disappointed with some of the craftsmanship. Even after the final walk through we found many small instances of work that looked like it was hastily done. Also disappointed with quality of some of the materials used. We paid for baseboard upgrades and were suprised that they were not actual wood.

We love our new home, but the process has had (and is still having) its moments of frustration. Didn't really feel that the sales team was super honest. We were pushed to sign our agreement with the insinuation that prices were going to go up and lots wouldn't be available if we didn't sign right away. They didn't and Pulte came out with a free pool offer and 50% off upgrades 2 weeks after we signed. We asked for a pre-drywall inspection, and had severe pushback. Most of it went well, apart from some closing details that I won't disclose here and have been discussed with Pulte's team during closing. Still learning the details of the house and getting minor details adjusted. So far, the experience with the building/aftersales support team has been pretty good.

I am a second time home buyer. I enjoyed my home buying experience with Pulte. They are thorough professionals. They are pricey. I got my home constructed and delivered sooner 2 months ahead of the promised timeline. The Pulte mortgage, Pulte insurance is an add on that they offer and I opted in as I got discounts. My overall experience was good.

I have identified several workmanship quality issues, including chipped tiles, which do not reflect the level of care expected in the construction of my home. Was willing to pay for additional upgrades but not available. Not a fan of having to pick a package for trim. Interior paint job, and application = poor Front door frame/door not aligned properly. Sunlight, wind can be seen coming through seal. Settling occurred in the first week with 12” crack developing over patio door installation on interior wall. 3’ crack also on back patio cement porch. Upgraded kitchen hood not installed properly with water seeping in when raining. Looks like aftermarket job.

So far, I am excited about my new Pulte home, and overall I feel that my experiences were generally positive. The sales agent, Tamu, in particular was incredible to work with and very helpful. I do have some reservations about aspects of the closing, as it was moved up by a week due to nearing the end of the year, which led to many aspects feeling rushed. We love our home, no question. However, we were disappointed that the gentleman who took us through our final walkthrough promised that certain issues that were spotted would be taken care of. They were not. Nothing major, some doors needed spot painting, a toilet paper dispenser was missing, A/C documentation was never delivered, etc. We decided to wait until the 9 month inspection period to bring these issues up again. We do enjoy the home and the area, The quality of the home in general is good. We look forward to living out our retirement years here.

Overall I am happy with the purchase of my new home however there’s been little things here n there that I feel could’ve been done better. The paint on the exterior n interior are not good quality, I see chipping already. Interior painting of the house seems to have been rushed in my opinion. Thank you

Overall, we are extremely happy with our house. However, there have definitely been issues. I won't go into all the detail but we've had small issues with flooring, caulking, a bad smoke detector, a cracked doorknob, a damaged window frame, etc. - you get the idea. In short, I would say that Pulte cares enough that they are willing to fix issues (even though some issues are requiring me to be more persistent) but not enough that they just did it the right way. There was even a snarking email in response to the cracked doorknob calling us out for not calling it out during our walkthrough. ...

The sales agent that helped us was phenomenal! She took the time to explain everything, never acted like we took up too much of her time or like we weren't worth bothering with. She was patient, helpful and went above and beyond. Jayne was awesome. The mortgage team was okay, sometimes rude. Jason was okay, very helpful up until I told him I finished the review he asked me to fill out positively for him. Then he got less responsive and dismissed what to me was a glaring defect in one of their repairs.

The sales rep was great. We got what we asked for. The appliances for what we paid were abysmal. We could not opt out on the purchase of the stove that was provided. The dishwasher was of poor quality. The handle fell off in 6 weeks. The quality that Pulte claims to provide is not what we received.
