Great people working locally at Sterling Ridge. Josh and Annette are great employees and people. Single worst title company experience I've ever had. Title company was an embarrassment to the brand and seems as if corporate doesn't care.

Pulte is a good builder. Be sure to ask about EVERYTHING so there won't be surprises. We asked about the kitchen fan venting when looking at the model home and were originally told that the fan vented to the outside. When we went to the design center when constructing our home, we were informed differently and then had to pay $650.00 more to have exterior venting.

Steve does a great job but I feel he is understaffed, there is some unfinished items that are mostly wheather related that I hope will be completed by early spring. Steve did respond with other issues in a timely manner. I also think John is a great salesman and is very responsive

Small imperfections here and there but over great quality.

The team has been great. That said finish work was not as expected.

Overall, we are finally happy with the house. We have owned a Pulte home in the past and when we were looking for our retirement home, the location and design of the house was superior to anything we had been considering and we decided to buy again from Pulte. My only "complaint" was the overall build process. Things started out as expected. Patti J., our sales person, was exceptional. She was always there for answering questions and guidance, and still is. The issue was with the multiple construction managers who were in-charge of the site during the build and the communication issues that they had. Because of the manager "churn", the closing was delayed from the agreed on date. We planned our move into the house with enough buffer so this was really not a problem. After move in, we had to have Pulte come back and correct multiple issues, raised during the build process, which are just being completed now (6 weeks after move in). Once the third construction manager (John) arrived on site responsiveness improved greatly but he could not overcome issues caused by the churn of the previous two managers. Overall, we are very please with the house and the service provided by our sales person third construction manager. Pleased overall with product and experience.

This process was mostly seamless minimal hiccups. The sales team is very prompt and responsive, the field manager was very responsive and easy to reach. We had a third party inspection prior to close which found very few issues. My only complaint is that after move in, if there are still issues that need to be addressed, they don’t respond as quickly and are slow to Address those issues so my recommendation is to have everything fixed and addressed before move in and closing.

We love our new home however I think that there were some corners that were cut that gave us the impression that is less then expected. For instance, unfinished walls that aren't covering electrical wiring in the garage, the storage area and the furnace area. For the cost of a few pieces of dry wall this would not have given the appearance of cost cutting. Clean up also seemed to be an after-thought.

As a single homeowner, I was very impressed with the level of commitment with which I was treated. Not knowing much about home building or the process, my questions were answered quickly and in terminology that I could understand. No question was a "dumb question"! It was a wonderful feeling to go through the whole process knowing, without a doubt, that the Pulte team was with me every step of the way!

I should have been able to have a 5-Star experience if only I wouldn't have found discrepancies such as sheetrock tape coming through the paint in my dining room, screws that won't go all the way into the hinges in the master bedroom, water spouts that terminate at my front door entrance, and bath tubs that flooded. The worst part is that after weeks of having reported this, only the tubs were fixed because the Plumbing contractor has been more responsive than Pulte. Extremely dissatisfying experience and very disappointing that Pulte has not taken interest in fixing these problems with the enthusiasm and sense of urgency that they showed when taking my money. ... I really recommended pulte to everyone other there who is looking for new home. I had decent experience with Pulte Homes to getting new first new Home. Really happy with support/response from the staff out here, after I moved in! In all its really Worth your money what you are spending and what you are getting..

I am familiar with Pulte and the quality workmanship. Great reputation, high quality for the dollar.

Pulte provides many many choices for the home buyer.

Pulte was there walking me thru the process of buying and truly made it stress free.

Overall Great Experience. Love the home! Sales Consultants were the best that I've ever worked with (this is the 5th home I've purchased in the past 45 years). Everyone has been great to work with including the construction supervisor, the warranty supervisor, etc. The only negative experience was dealing with Pultes Mortgage Company. I won't go into that...let's just say that it was NOT a good experience.

The house is great but there were a couple of minor repair items that I discovered after moving in. I followed the process and sent them off to the warranty mailbox twice but have never received a response. Other than the responsiveness the overall experience with the builder has been very good.

We love our new home and definitely feel like it is a beautiful, quality build. However, as soon as we moved in we began noticing area after area that needed small repairs and touch-ups, mainly cosmetic. We are currently working with the warranty department to fix over 2 dozen things. Most (not all) of the problems are only cosmetic, but they have left us frustrated and feeling as if the subcontractors (particularly the painters) were not properly supervised. For example, the ceiling/wall paint edging needs to be redone throughout almost the entire home because it is uneven and sloppy, there are holes in the stucco left from the scaffolding, and the landscapers got rocks in the sewer line (causing it to back up and spill sewage into our garage from the tankless water heater drain). The warranty department has been extremely helpful and responsive, but we are still left with a situation in which we need to miss work for at least several days in order to have 9 different subcontractors come and fix the various problems. We would have much preferred to have had the closing pushed back a few days rather than to be dealing with this hassle now because they rushed so much at the end and made mistakes that weren't obvious during our final walk-through. It's disappointing that such a nice home had such ridiculous superficial mistakes made, and so many of them. To be honest, it has us wondering if other, less visually obvious mistakes were made as well. Time will tell, and hopefully the warranty department will continue to be as wonderfully responsive. ... 1) Major problems with the elevator in building 5. 2) Unhappy with paint or plaster that dropped on many areas of our carpet. Unable to remove without damaging the carpet. 3) Not happy with the management company so far. Don't feel like we are getting the support and communication that we need. There are only 2 buildings built. Concerned for the future when there are 9 buildings. 4) Not sure the delay in setting up recycling bins. No communication.

We were pleased overall with the building process. Pulte responded in a timely manner to our concerns.

I am extremely happy with purchase of new home. Initial build quality seems very good. I would especially like to comment on home insulation which is really top notch, my heater is not running constantly which is saving me a lot of money. All appliances and AC unit are also of great quality and relatively quiet which is very important to me. Thanks

Pulte has a great design & build team that works closely with the customer. There was ongoing communication and all milestones were met. We had no major issues during the entire process. It took Pulte's Creekside team three months to convert an empty dirt lot into a beautiful home. They followed up quickly to resolve a few minor post-construction issues.

Happy with purchase
