Our move in date was about 6 weeks longer than initially communicated but with supply chain issues caused by Covid I know this is not unique to Pulte. During the build process, any concern that I raised was addressed by the field manager and communication was good. We moved in with a few incomplete items which we agreed to as we needed to be out of the house we sold. I would not recommend this to others if you can avoid it as it has been slow going getting to full completion and we are not there yet. The concrete sub contractor has been very slow to respond to any rework, once during the build, and now after move in for omission of tile under poured sidewalk which I ended up resolving on my own. It does not appear to me that Pulte has much leverage with the concrete sub but then as a customer, I certainly have no view of the big picture relative to work load. In general, all the subs did good work and a couple of them were amazingly efficient; roofing, drywall, electrical to call out the best. Our warranty manager has been good as we work through what I would consider a modest list but I can’t give final approval as we are currently about half way through the list. for the most part the process moved along well. The Sales Agent was very knowledgeable. The Design Studio representative was very helpful in making the process very pleasurable and exciting. The construction manager worked on our behalf to see that the quality of the construction was maintained. Then came the closing process and the agent we had was definitely the best. His explanations of every form made the process very smooth.

Problem with pipe leaking to unit below me was handled quickly and efficiently.

Interior design, location, insulation quality are good.

The staff works hard to meet your needs. Overall I am pleased with my experience with Pulte. There are a few areas I think could use improvement but at the local level, the staff worked hard to create the house I wanted. Wish surveys for the project managers were not sent right when I moved in. Too much going on to write an accurate review for the team. I felt the mortgage side of Pulte was pushed a little too much. For a person who never had a house built, there were some communication issues.

Overall great experience. Post closing issue resolution has been very slow and not customer focused as they lack the sense of urgency of the issue.

Overall a pleasurable experience.

Buying this home was a roller coaster initially due to heavy demand for the Wagner Farms community. While the price was steep, the rest of the experience with the Sales team, Field Managers and Customer Care was awesome. Given the crazy demand for homes during this year, it has been a great experience overall.

Pulte is overall great. Elli (Sales) is the best. She always kept us updated on how the house looked until completion. You can definitely count on her being there for you. Meredith (Designer) very knowledgeble. She went above and beyond helping us select the best options that suited our intent and budget. Brett (Field) was always realistic about the field constraints, and willing to take care of any issues identified.

The staff are great and professional. Customers are treaded with respect and any information needed during the process is provided in a timely manner. Regular updates are provided on the construction status. The building work was done in a bit haste though. There is room for improvement with quality of materials and especially with workmanship. My previous home was built five years back by a regional builder that had far few issues and higher quality. For the premium cost I paid and for a national builder like Pulte, I must say I was somewhat disappointed after moving into the new home. The field managers were very helpful throughout the process. They gave us weekly updates of the build process with pictures. This was our first home build, and we would use Pulte again.

Make sure to get all problems resolved before closing/ or filling out the survey. You will get on the “we will get to it when we get to it” list

Very nice house. Very nice folks at Pulte. The warranty manager is extremely helpful with any little issues that arise after closing. They definitely want you to be happy and take care of things to make it right.

Our experience has been great! They corrected issues quickly, the community is beautiful and well maintained. Overall a great experience! We love it!

If I have opportunity to buy home again, I will chose pulte home again

Great quality for the money

The staff was great to work with. The sales consultants, the design team and field manager were all friendly, attentive and showed concern for our home buying process.

Got the house during highly competion time period. though the things need to take care or happend within short period of times, no issue or hassel during the process. got the keys on time.

The house is beautiful and confortable. The complex is looking nice. I am in love with my new home!!!!

Excited about our new home

I’m very happy to be part of this community and look forward to enjoying all it offers. I have made several attempts to have some things done to no avail. I have NEVER heard back any answer re the property grading. Having paid mor fo my lot I did not expect it to be as hilly as it is, to the point of dangerous. I would be most appreciative if , perhaps before the next door property is started someone could explore the possibility of leveling mine beyond and to the side of my front wal and patio. Other than the grading I can wait for my other problems to be solved. Within reason, of course

The community layout could have been greatly improved upon. Compared to other new townhome communities in Bothell/MilCreek, Urban Village seems congested. Road built quality is also not up to the mark although I believe the builder may lay out roads again once the construction in the community is complete. Landscaping design and installation pales in comparison to other new townhome communities too.

Communication wasn’t the greatest would prefer that constructions managers have a work issued cell phone. Overall end product we are very satisfied with.

Pulte has a streamlined process of home buying and construction process. and is a one-stop shop for home buying and mortgage application. Quality of materials and workmanship can be bumped up a few notches

Our overall experience with Pulte was satisfactory. We started the process in May 2020, two months after the beginning of the pandemic. There was a lack of communication at the beginning with our sales manager, which led to trust issues and frustration. However, once a new team was brought onto the project communication began to flow on a weekly / biweekly basis, and visible progress on our home began to show which restored our trust in Pulte. Our site manager was very straightforward with us and assured us that the quality of the home was what she wanted to deliver to us.
