My Overall experience is great.

My shopping experience was a little different than usual, as I don't live in the United States, the purchase was entirely online, with the assistance of the seller and my realtor. until closing everything was ok, but the process of handing over the keys to the house to my realtor , who was the person that I designated to receive the keys, was a little confusing, we had to get in touch with several people until they delivered the key to the responsible, even so, the keys of the owners closets were missing. as I haven't had the opportunity to get to know the house in person, I can't comment on many things yet, such as the quality of the construction, among others. It was a good experience!

I realize that many issues we had were out of the hands of the builder with COVID putting a strain on the entire industry. But my frustration with the lack of communication during the building process. With our last build (before COVID) we had four walk throughs of our home as it was being built, we knew when things were happening, with this one we had 2, one was technically our final walk through and our house wasn’t even close to being done (with us closing in two days). Again, a lot of this was due to us building during COVID, but living over an hour away, I wish they had told me not to come saying the home wasn’t ready. A lot of the issues we pointed out before close weren’t dealt with, we had to reach out to our warranty specialist, such as finishing painting our house, fixing our lock on the front door that was installed incorrectly and fixing a leak on our secondary bathroom. It was definitely frustrating. Thankfully the warranty team has been very responsive, and has worked with us to make our home what we wanted. To anyone looking to build with pulte, I’d say really review your options and maybe don’t build during COVID. ... More

Best finish construction supervisor ever! Very professional and personable. Really liked his weekly updates and communication regarding the progress of our new home.

My field manager helped me throughout the process. He was very responsive and met with me multiple times to address any concerns.

Overall great experience. Was never told Pulte does not finish the garages.

They really listen to what you want and try to help you build a custom house. Although it took longer than expected from the current state of our pandemic and sometime not finding dependable trade workers, overall it was a house well built and we love our new home.

Pulte homes builder's team is very responsive to the issues . Also, they were able to complete on time in spite of supply chain issues. I wish they have taken a little more care in checking the smaller details ( like few paint touch ups , carpet edge finishes etc. ) . But, they are taking care of them after the close-in . Overall I am satisfied with the build quality and the construction team and recommend them for buyers.

Overall I would recommend Pulte to anyone as they were as professional as they could be - including their mtg process

We have been pleased with the home building process with Pulte Homes. Communication with the builder throughout the process. We are pleased with the quality of the home. Would recommend this builder to others.

On the plus side, see my comments above. On the negative side, some things that should have been included in the design of the house were ether overpriced options or unavailable. Specific examples include medicine cabinets and a place to sit in the Owners Bath (none were available at any price) and a stairway to attic in garage (only offered as a high priced option)

The fact of having to bid on the lot bothered me. Ended up paying almost twice the origional price for our lot. Would have liked to be able to customize my build more. Seemed a little rushed to close before all issues were resolved..

Pulte's sales process was the best we experienced while looking for a new home. They were very good at providing updates throughout the construction process. While designing our home we found that options were somewhat limited and deviations that seemed simple to us were not allowed. Standard products like cabinets and appliances are good quality. Supply chain challenges, especially with appliances, have been frustrating. The closing was stressful because there were major items that were not complete. However, Pulte stands behind their product and their team was supportive in finishing the major work quickly. We continue to work with them on the punch list. Overall we like our home and believe the structure is of high quality. We appreciate the followup on issues and the followup warranty program that will continue throughout the first year of ownership. Overall the experience was positive with some moments of frustration. We really like the sales and field construction staff. They were all very focused on delivering a quality product. It is nice to finally be in our new home and we appreciate that it was finished in 9 months in this current environment. We considered a number of production builders and we believe we selected the right one. ... More

Pulte did a great job of the home layout. The exteriors are different but uniformed. I had the ability to customize furnishings in my home so each home can look different from the interior

The overall experience from beginning and during the process was good and continuous two-way communication.

Although I am aware that the Pandemic caused a lot of delays, the overall rush to complete my house by the end of 2021, caused a lot of “corrections” or was simply incomplete. I do appreciate the responsiveness of my Field Manager and Sales Agent, as I know they did their best for what was in their control. So far, the house is being corrected as we have been requesting.

There was an urgency by Pulte to close before the end of the year 2021 to meet budget which caused workers to do poor quality work in order to finish and meet the timelines. Sloppy is unacceptable to a buyer. All in all they have worked hard to fix any issues in a decent time after move in. The workers have been super and I am sorry for giving 3 stars for quality of workmanship but given the conditions I felt I had no choice.
