Still in the process of repairs completion

Positive Feedback: Quality of Workmanship: Overall, I appreciate the quality of workmanship in the construction of my new home. The attention to detail in the finishes and materials used is evident, and it adds to the overall aesthetic appeal of the property. Timely Completion: I'm pleased that the project was completed on schedule, which was important to me. It's evident that the builder worked diligently to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. Areas for Improvement: Finishing Touches: While the overall quality of work is good, there are a few areas that require attention. For example, water heater pipe is broken while flushing the water from tank. Attention to Detail: While I appreciate the effort put into the construction, there were instances where attention to detail seemed lacking. Some corners were cut in minor ways that affect the overall perception of the property's quality. In conclusion, I have a mixed opinion about my new home. Overall purchase process was good..

My experience with the house was very good! Unfortunately, after I received the house, the pool already had a water leak.

We were very happy on closing day, and things we brought up were generally addressed. But now that we’ve been here for a month, we keep finding minor workmanship issues that have us concerned for the longevity of the home. We enjoyed this process overall. Hopefully we don’t find too many more issues that would change our minds about that in the coming months.

Brad and Zach were great to work with.

The salesperson, Zorinel was very pleasant and patient from the start. She did a virtual tour of the property even though the actual model was not actually available. She answered questions promptly and fully as much as she could. Even when she was transferred to another location, she made herself available to answer questions and concerns. Overall, a good experience.

We signed our contract to build a Pulte home in February 15. On July 27 we closed. During that time we received contact communication and updates from our building manager. Any time we had a question we could text or call him and he'd reply within minutes. On way least two occasions he moved his schedule around to meet us for tours with our of town family. The ease and painlessness of the process beats bidding wars and unending house tours any day. Knowing what I do now, I'd make the same decision to work with Pulte.

stressful but everyone was communicative and supporting

I love my house! It’s well built and I’m impressed. The little thing not done properly caused one star less for perfection. The grouting on the floor tiles was terrible. They fixed some of it but not all. Sod, the ridges where the ends didn’t meet caused a lawn that’s not level nor safe for the ankle. Water was not draining off the lawn. This was identified prior to closing but was not fixed. After closing the lawn was flooded and they had to install a French drain to rectify the problem. My agent Ryan, was exceptional. He went beyond what was expected of him during the building process.

Everything went well overall. Their customer service reps area good to deal with.

Brandon our project manager was great at communicating and helping us through our closing process. If you have an option to use a different mortgage provided, we do not recommend pulte mortgage.

The house would be perfect but the drywalls finish as well as the paint are horrendous! Pulte response to issues is excellent but the drywalls are a disaster as well as the paint job!

Good Experience with Pulte homes

Very good quality and service

Pulte has a very good process, and is responsive to issues. They do exclusively use contractors for the various steps of the construction process. That can be both good and bad. I don't know if they keep a very high retainage in order to remedy issues and assure quality control.

Overall it was a smooth process ftom approval to closing however the house seem rushed and had a few things missed that required another take after move in.

Overall, good experience throughout. Superintendent was very knowledgeable of the home systems and walking me through the maintenance items. Where I will knockdown a couple of points is the attention to details. There are various locations where paint was smudged on finishes, or floor base wasn’t patched or touched up at corners, but nothing big as of one month in the home. I will also say, the worst of my experience were the final stages of my process with my loan processor and closing agent. They all decided to go on vacation on my closing day without notifying me of who to contact in the case of questions. Overall good acceptable experience. ... More

Lots of options to fit different budgets. Fastest builder in the Columbus area with other builders quoting 10 month build time while Pulte completed in 6 months. Process is fast so need to make decisions quickly and limited ability to change options. Overall happy with our decision to go with Pulte.

Pulte homes are good. Lisa and Jorge were awesome keeping us updated on the construction while we were far away. You will need to buy your refrigerator, washer and dryer. I think the space for the refrigerator in the kitchen area is small for a house with 4 bedrooms. So far everything is fine.

The house was done on time and had very few issues. We love the house and the experience with Pulte.

Overall good experience. Closing was not handled correctly or smoothly by sales and mortgage and Title company. Numbers were not matching and closing time was pushed. They made me wait for 4 hours. Closing Date and time change was not communicated to me. Other than the closing issues, rest all went fine.

So far my experience has been good, they are responsive when we complaint about something

Overall happy. However, some disappointments. Wire in Master not grounded which was very scary, used some cheap materials to do things especially for a homeowner who upgraded most everything.

Delivered condo in the time estimated with all my choices & colors I selected.
