Overall a good experience, long wait, sales personnel friendly but not always helpful. The morgage group friendly and helpful but not competitive. The construction manager James was great. He made every effort to meet our needs and always responded quickly and politely.

We brought the home with vallybrooke plan with elevation 22,two windows in this plan kept on bathroom and one in closet-both won’t give the use of windows. Another plan issue is even though home is more than 3300 there is no proper media room- loft space is designed kind of waist like many doors and closet-we don’t have a place to keep our projector-we went with this plan because pulte agent mentioned this plan have big loft for projector but after built we realized that this room is not useful for media room purpose

Overall good experience but communication with sales person at Woodland Hills is really difficult at the time of closing and we have to follow up multiple times to get the proper response. When I had issue while removing some if the big stones..i have to go through higher management to resolve it..when I reached out to sales agent she just said it’s not possible to remove without any proper explanation. I feel like once you sign the contract..they don’t care much about it. They should look after their existing customers as well when we have issues to follow up.

I checked out all available units on multiple occasions and was able conclude with incentive. I am happy to get what i want for my budget. I was guided in right direction to make correct decision. Also, i got support in moving into the home which was very very helpful. Overall, i’m happy and its great

Overall very nice experience. The only reason 4 stars and not 5 is because of lack of flexibility in many things customer wants like changing closing dates, or configurations(adding sun room after selections were made), using concrete over asphalt or taking inputs on not putting sod close to winter instead comeback and do it next spring etc. during building process. I understand there are tight guidelines for various reasons but allowing leeway to customers makes the experience elastic to the customer and they feel they also have some control on the process. The other reason is initially the lots were put in a bidding war before it was awarded. I understand the market conditions and your company trying to make the most of it but the experience was not a pleasant one from a customer standpoint since there was anxiety, lack of transparency etc. Other than that, the staff was professional, friendly and tried their best to get around advice processes. This was our first new build home.

Have had a few issues, largest being that the fence around the property was torn down in the last hurricane - back in October. Being told construction on a new one won't even begin until January. 3 months without a fence when we're paying to be in a "gated community". Also were told no damage to our roof in the storm (we were out of town) only to find out - by accident - weeks later that a section of our roof had been torn off. Overall, Pulte has been pretty responsive when repair requests have been made, and we've had a couple. Overall, we love the home - at least we WILL once we have a fence back up! ... More

Working with the front office (Peggy) to select and buy was a great experience. Also, dealing with the Construction Manager (Mark) was awesome. The process became much "less" helpful and "less friendly" as we moved in and during the first few weeks of transition

Had a good experience overall with Pulte in buying our new home.

We'd been searching for new homes for more than a year & visited almost all builders available in our area. We really liked the open plan of Pulte quite a bit. The whole process was reasonably good. As this is a process of creating a complex property, there are going to be some issues. But Pulte team has addressed them reasonably well so far, except for may be 2-3. As this was our first home buying experience, we felt that Pulte should try to allow the following: 1. At least 2 visits to design center for customization of home than 1. 2. At least 2 visits during pre dry wall process than 1.

Overall a great experience with a professional caring team esp TJ !!!!!,Felicia !!!!! and Isabelle!!!!! So blessed to have these people in particular assist me with the home purchase. They are a great Pulte team.

Could do a better job with quality control.

Overall, we're happy with the quality of the townhouse and responsiveness of Pulte to any issues so far.

Pulte is a quality builder in the Phoenix metro. They have knowledgeable sales people and our superintendent Nick was wonderful and always kept us up to date.

Overall responsiveness of their team members was great. We did find the several aspects of the on-line portal to be somewhat clunky, however their team was happy to assist.

It was a great , wonderful experience and amazed with the pulte homes.

Purchasing a home with Pulte and using their mortgage provider was overall a pretty smooth process. I do feel as if some areas could have improved craftsmanship (electric wiring to light switches that just doesn’t make sense, screws missing in several places, lumps in flooring, paint missing on ceiling in one room, gaps in wall under shower window, just a variety of small items that we’ve noticed here and there), but overall a pleasant experience. Our construction manager changed between 3 different people, but our final contact, Chris, was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and always responsive. He truly made the experience worth it and from that sense, we highly recommend. This was our first home purchase so we have nothing to compare it to, but we are pleased. ... More

From start James our salesman was there from start to finish. Leo the builder was always helpful and there from start to finish. Whenever we seen an issue it was addressed right away, whether it was a simple question or more intrusive to the actual building foundation, drywall, flooring electrical questions. My issues/questions were always answered

Most of the time no email or call back except for Travis

The staff was great doing all they could to make us happy. However due to some products specified, they had limitations. General Cleanup by subcontractors could have been better. Painters left some paint splatters in every room. Many pencil markings not erased. Bath sink faucets have downspouts that can swing outside of sink as well as plastic (not rubber) gaskets that can leak slightly. Pocket door lock is not the best. Overall, am satisfied with the home.
