Pulte was phenomenal end to end. From our sales person, to the job site manager, to the community manager we were very impressed. Very easy and high touch customer service. The metro association HOA isn't so great though, it was harder scheduling our move in than buying the house. I will recommend Pulte, but will tell people to be wary of which HOA is used. Guest parking is also ran by the HOA and is super strict as well, it's hard to have friends visit. One star was removed due to HOA.

We could not be happier with our overall result. We are thrilled everyday to be here. Our experience with the sales team, management and construction manager was great. Our almost 5 star rating was do to a very bumpy ride with the mortgage team. We did not receive our mortgage approval until the night before our actual closing, which was 8 months after our purchase contract signing.

Very well made, solidly built. Is it the finest construction materials...not everywhere...but for the most part, yes. The lower grade stuff is the stuff you might replace right away for style...carpeting, range, refrigerator....those are the main things. As for doors, hardware, toilets....they are good quality and will last. The building is very nice on the outside, very happy with that. It doesn’t look like an “affordable” income restricted bldg. As such, I expect certain things not to be premium grade, of course. What I have is warranted, and things do seem like they will last. I ...

I am very happy with my new Pote home. The building quality is excellent. The only negative is that Pulte rushed me through the process of selecting structured and unstructured items. The turnaround was too quick,, which was two and three weeks. For such a large price investment, we need more time.

Our Construction Manager, Tylor, went above and beyond to ensure our home building process was seamless. He has continued to make himself available for any questions. The Pulte management team stepped in whenever necessary to make certain any concerns were met with our best interest in mind. Our new home is amazing.

Our experience was great. Both Derek and Omar were a pleasure to work with. Overall we had a decent experience, only thing to keep in mind workers need to be a little more organized, less sloppy throughout the process with a bit more attention to detail. Also, cleanliness of the home before handling over to the homeowner should be a little bit better.

Responsiveness has been great with fixing issues and the sales team has been great as well throughout the home buying. There are some quality issues with the build not sure if the value is there for what we paid.

Overall, the experience with Pulte has been positive; however, I believe greater precision and transparency are needed regarding certain key aspects. The community does not have its own Social Club. While residents may access the Oakleaf Amenity Center, it requires upfront annual payment, which can be a significant consideration, especially for families with young children who rely on amenities such as a pool during the summer months. The HOA fee is relatively affordable, which is a positive aspect, but the enforcement and interpretation of its rules can feel quite strict and ...

The loan team was really hard to work with, communication was not good and the platform set for it all was not used as it should, we ended up having to email paperwork twice, three times, four times over and over. The construction coordinator was great is kind and takes his time to explain things, however the finishing of the house had too many details that we taped blue and were not actually always fixed, we still have stuff that weren’t adjusted but he has done great communicating and trying to take care of it.

Overall process was straightforward. The mortgage process was also efficient and teams have been responsive. Did have quite a few issues post closing, including scratched materials, ringer for doorbell not working and windows that had to be replaced. But were all addressed in a timely fashion. Only remaining issue that is quite bothersome is that workers and random vendors keep coming to our house and walking on and though our property despite having financed the closing process.

The process went smoothly for the most part, and communication was generally clear and professional. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed, though there were a few moments where timelines or follow-up could have been a bit quicker or more detailed. Our concern moving forward is how well Pulte stands behind its warranty as a few neighbors have had issues with workmanship. Sales team was slick and glossed over some details we didn’t expect. A little more forthcoming would have been nicer. Pulte is building so much in our area that they probably can’t find enough quality staff. ...

We recently purchased a new condo, built by Pulte, in the Potomac, Maryland area. The experience could not have been better. The sales associate, Devon, was professional, friendly, and very understanding of our needs. She guided us through the processes, even calmed some anxiety on our part. The construction supervisor, Sean, was also terrific. He kept us informed on construction progress and met with us at important stages as our condo was being completed. He was always available to take calls or e-mails and was extreme helpful as we moved in, making sure that our unit was ready for us. ...

Talk about a “all in one”experience! Whole process was very simple. Financing was a tad more painful than usual. Tons of askings of the same documents and explanations for minute items but all in all, not bad at all.

Windows are not isolated well and it very hard to heat up the first floor. And that is a big issue, the temp difference between the first and second floor is almost 15F… cold air comes in each window.
