Overall, we love our new home and everyone we dealt with from Pulte Homes was amazing. However, there were just a couple of things that “bothered” us. The first thing is that we were a little disappointed in the shortage of options in the catalog for selecting materials and finishes. We just felt for the price of the home, there should be a little more variety or more potions available to the buyer. Second, I think a little more attention should have been placed in cleaning the home when the build was completed. I noticed some sort of clear residue and white caulking on the floors throughout the home, and to spend a few days getting on the floor to scrub and remove the substances. Didn’t really expect to be doing this upon moving into our new home. Other that, everything else is great and the above mentioned “issues” are very minor and wouldn’t be show stoppers. ... More

It was a relatively pleasant experience.

We love our new Pulte home. We had a few frustrations with the pool but all in all it was a great, easy experience.

Great process and people from the sales side all the way to the construction!

Both my sales agent and my construction manager were wonderful. They communicated weekly and always encouraged questions. Overall, I am very pleased with my new home!

all went well, issue with appraisal

Great overall experience. We do wish that the house had been inspected closely by the builder for minor cosmetic items, such as globs of construction materials on the tile and tile grout, as one example. The house cleaning prior to moving in was good, but could have been better. As one example, the top shelves in the closets were very dusty.

All the Pulte people I worked with were very helpful throughout the process. The homes are some of the best designed and well thought out of all the builders you can choose from in the Phoenix area.

great house great neighborhood. guality materials and plan. couple minor issues at closing but Pulte being very responsive to correct. this is my second pulte home..i love it.

Finished home in timely manner and addressed issues found(few) in timely manner. Very organized Closing.

As everyone knows with every new home ,you should expect some obstacles, but in this case I had a great team who responded and took care of my issues.

Smooth process , Great place , good time frame

Not quite sure why I never built a new home before?? The process was straightforward and very affordable! We have been in our home for a little over a month with only one concern about the final check process. We love our home- the floorplan is perfect for us and 2700 sf really feels bigger than our previous 3200 sf home. We are happy with Pulte and hope to never have to build again, but when we do, we'll be checking in with Pulte!

Build floor plans, options, details and designs compared to similar builders in the Myrtle Beach area. A little more expensive as well but worth it for that curb appeal and "WOW" factor. Extremely happy with my Pulte home and love seeing the neighborhood grow with bunches of new homes.

Carlos was absolutely awesome, extremely helpful and responsive to concerns. The house was "live in ready" at closing, but there were some finishing details that were supposed to be taken care of the following day and I never heard back from the gentleman, Dean, who was going to have them fixed. When my concern was brought up to Carlos, he gave me all the information needed to take care of my needs. Overall a great experience, and I would purchase another home from Carlos and Pulte...but this is my forever home.

Home was completed earlier than expected with near perfection. Minor mishaps are completely understandable and was fixed up at no additional costs. Customer service is top notch.

Meghan and Nico were awesome to work with! Meghan was extremely responsive and very helpful through the entire process. Nico was very personable, helpful, and always went the extra mile. No matter what time of day I showed up to the house he would be at our house or another house in the neighborhood working to solve problems.

I bought my first house from Pulte. I was a little unhappy because of the delay in closing which caused little inconvenience and cost me some money to extend the lease in my previous apartment, but if you ask me now I'm more than happy about my new house. The location, the corner site and THE GORGEOUS INTERIORS; It will be a dream for everyone to own a house like mine. I highly recommend Pulte to everyone especially to immigrants like me who don't know anything about the home buying process and are buying for the first time. In fact I have already referred some of my friends to buy from Pulte.

The process is so smooth with Pulte Sales Team, Pulte Mortgage and the Builders. Love the 60 days warranty of any issues after my move here, I already feel at home from the moment I step into here and get to know the people around Pulte Team. Awesome Job!
