Eric was great. You can’t pay that guy enough. If I were still in business I would hire him away from Pulte.

I have built 3 homes and this was, by far, the most seamless experience. Would definitely build with Pulte again.

We worked with Sales, Design Studio, Mortgage Title, and Construction. All departments worked well together and frequently followed up to see how everything was going.

We would recommend Pulte to any of our friends and family. Even when comparing prices of "update" with other builder, we felt we really got a great house of high quality for a great price as well as a great mortgage rate.

On time home delivery and craftsmanship is excellent. On site construction engineer Kevin and Garret are excellent folks, who took care of every thing. Alex from warranty department is making sure all issues are resolved on time with great detail. Thank you all for your support and making us to feel so much comfortable.

My experience was good. Even though we purchased just before the pandemic and had to navigate through that complexity, the Pulte experience was positive and we felt like we were treated well. We're satisfied with our home and the process.

Good quality builder with a great community

Overall great experience for my first time purchasing a home. I was able to be involved during the entire process and any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion. I absolutely love my brand new beautiful home!!

Every part of my buying experience to living in my home has been an easy dream with Pulte. From sales to build to loan to service. I do everything on-line until my home was done and they did not fail me!

All little issues were taken care of right away. No big issues were found. Very good quality and impressive customer service with all aspects of the Pulte home buying experience.

We had some issues with communication toward the end but our field manager worked hard to make sure all of the issues were resolved before we moved in!

Overall it is an awesome experience.

I’ve worked for builders most of my career and HD expectations that there would be a lot of issues in our building process. But, our superintendent Ron, was absolutely amazing. He’s good at building a quality home and being responsive to us as the owners. I truly feel like we had a positive experience because he was the lead.
