We were in Florida during much of the process. The sent us pictures often and we didn't have to worry about a thing.

Pulte offered options that fit our budget. Construction completed on time. Responsive to minor repairs needed within the first few weeks of living here.

This is my second home building experience and it was miles above the first. Love the house and had a great working relationship w the field manager.

I would love to have a chance of configuring my house before buying, like a car configurator. With that, I would make better decisions on my purchase. I would like to have a bit more modern options on some details, like tiles - the options are all very 90's... Other than that, a very good experience. Happy with the house.

Our new Pulte home is the third Pulte home that we have purchased. We think that says a lot. There are always some little problems but Pulte handled them quickly.

Overall the build went well. The project manager Paul was great to work with and kept the completion on schedule and delivered the completion on time and as promised. There were a few minor details that we have found after moving in that need attention or correction, but Pulte has been very proactive in getting the issues resolved. Overall a great experience.

Working with the onsite Pulte representatives was a tremendous help through the process. While Pulte is not a customized builder as we've had in the past, the onsite representatives were very responsive to our needs and accommodated us to the best of their ability. The communication was excellent throughout the process and our new home was delivered within the time frame they had given.

Linda, our Sales Person, was always helpful in answering our questions and showing us the information that we requested. Jeremy, our builder liaison, throughout the finishing process has shown professionalism and the willingness and follow-up to complete items that were requested..

The home was built with quality but not 100 percent finished . Trim packages and other qualities that should be standard are extra . House not really finished with unpainted garage , shower tile not sealed and do your own grass . Move in but can’t take a shower and yard mud becomes owner issue . Supervisor Nick was great , and responsive and kept buyer informed . Need follow up now on punch list items that were not finished prior to closing .

What a smooth transition for us. Estimated completion date was spot on. Workers were polite. Dustin is totally awesome. Diane so friendly and always got back to us within minutes. Dawn and Caitlin awesome as well. I would highly recommend Pulte to anyone. I love our new home.

Lots of issues in my new home, lots of promises to rectify those issues went unfinished even after more than one attempt to fix. If they didn’t cut corners the first or second time, they wouldn’t have to come back out for a third (or more) time. They’re slapping together these townhomes at a phenomenal speed, but it shows in the finish. Everything is solid and well built, but the details are shoddy. While I wouldn’t change where I bought, I would definitely have stuck my neck out more at closing if I knew I’d still have 90% of my punch list outstanding 2 months after closing.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy a home with Pulte again. The experience has been very good. They build nice looking, high quality homes. We are in the process of finalizing remaining punch list items, but we have found the home to be very livable from closing.

Drywall work in house was terrible walls are crooked and can see seems especially in the garage painting is terrible had to repaint the entire inside of house would work was terribly painted dirt everywhere in paint very difficult to sand out also woodwork was pieced together with six to eight inch pieces in a row just very very poor craftsmanship not worth the money flooring is making crackling noises when walked upon refrigerator door opening was made the wrong side and had to be completely reconstructed would not recommend to anyone

Everyone I worked with was nice and helpful for the most part. The craftsmanship is sub par. The cabinets and counters are well done. Painting job was sloppy and I removed paint splatter from many places on my new flooring. I have found several cracks and chips in things that I’ve submitted requests for but still am waiting to hear back about a plan of action. I can appreciate the speed at which the home was built but it was definitely at the cost of quality attention to detail

Overall our experience with pulte was great. Allyson at the design center was very helpful with what upgrades were worth the money and also helping us pick out everything to match. Tom and Rob are ranked high in the country and built us a solid house. We love the floor plan and the design and when we do have to submit a work request claim someone is always out within a couple days to address issues.
