Overall the place is built alright and I can’t complain about most of it. Even though I upgraded to get the nicer package stuff the faucets, light fixtures, carpet padding, tile work were all cheap. Nice tiles but there’s not a single flat tile in the master shower. They clearly rushed the closing because there’s specks of wall paint all over the floor, trim, and cabinets. They didn’t even leave me any extra so that I could do touch ups. After closing we realized of a few smaller things were wrong and they were pretty quick to fix it. There are some major issue where during the construction. Our Master bathroom shower is not leveled correctly and water does not drain. in a month, issue has not been fixed yet and it seems they will need to rebuild half of the shower in order to fix it ;(

Very good communication throughout the whole building process. Issues after inspections were attended fast. We are living in the house now for 1 month and everything is great so far.

As everyone knows with every new home ,you should expect some obstacles, but in this case I had a great team who responded and took care of my issues.

I couldn't have moved into this new home from out of state without the help of your staff, especially Rodney. Relocation during a pandemic was especially difficult. Their flexibility and responsiveness made it work.

Pulte is a very professional organization, vertically integrated to make the buying process easier. I was incented to get my mortgage and homeowners insurance from them and saved all my closing costs. From start to finish, I closed in under 30 days. I highly recommend them as a quality builder in NC, and have had more positive experiences than working with Toll Brothers for my last house in 2000. When buying a new build it’s important to see the home before you buy. The process of buying was fine. Knowing the details about the home are just as important.

This is our first home. Our experience from the very first moment has been great. Patrick has been a great point of contact and always answered all our silly queries. Our construction manager Anthony is incredible. He was gave us a good walkthrough, explained us with details. Spent enough time with us to clarify our questions. He addressed all the points that came up in inspection and other additional items that we wanted to be covered. He is very patient and is always quick to respond. The only frustration we have had is with appliances and their support teams. The gas range is leaking and the dishwasher has dissolving issues. We have been following with the product support for weeks now and nobody has shown up for weeks now. It is impossible to get them on phone and the wait for a resolution is torturous and endless. Pulte should vet such vendors and check their support credentials. Apart from this, We had good buying experience starting from our first visit to enquire until move in. We did have some hiccups through pulte finance but I can let that go. Big shout out to Patrick and Anthony for being there for us.
