Great experience

Overall I love my new home. The home is well constructed. There were some items that needed to be repaired but the Manager responsible for handling these items was very responsive in getting these items resolved.

Overall, I am very happy with the home and the purchasing process. There are some very minor issues with the workmanship such as gaps, wood separating in certain areas, doors not closing easily, etc. Most of this stuff are cosmetic or easily fixable. We'll address these in our first warranty list. I took one star off from Responsiveness to issues is that there was a noticeable cosmetic defect in the outside of the house that we pointed out in the walk through, and that has not been addressed yet. Again, this will be listed in our warranty list.

Detail on workmanship; mainly the painting; was poor

We recently relocated from Connecticut to Nevada and visited many communities for our new home and happily discovered Catalina in North Las Vegas by Pulte. The Catalina community exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and workmanship as well as the correct price-point to meet our new home budget. What a wonderful experience it was during the entire process of us acquiring our new dream home in Nevada. This is my first purchase but I am no stranger to the process since I have been with many family members during there purchases. I have to say that my overall experience was excellent! Nobody is perfect so if your looking for no hiccups along the road your dreaming. My sales lady Carol was absolutely amazing and 100% responsible for me purchasing a Pulte Home. Alex my builder manager on site was responsive and kind even when I was picky about every little thing. The finance department although very frustrating at times did a good job since I have heard horror stories about other finance companies and people’s experience. If you pay close attention and have all your paperwork in order Pulte mortgage is just fine. The overall quality of Pulte’s homes is excellent. They are a typical builder building as many homes as possible which means technique and attention to detail sometimes slip but they are the best I have seen and making sure things are clean and looking perfect for you move in. I will definitely be recommending and purchasing a Pulte home again in my lifetime! ... More

Pulte did a great job in building my new house as the superintendent (Dominic) was very responsive to my questions and managed the construction to a very high quality as my separate 3rd party inspection did not result in any findings but insignificant cosmetic items.

I asked a lot of questions because I am a first time buyer. Pulte was very responsive and answered my questions no problem.

Home well constructed and built quickly.

Great neighborhood and nice single level floor plans.

The toilets in particular, are too porous. They stain too easily. Otherwise, everything meets with our satisfaction.

Take the inside lender. Pulte mortgage team are amazing!

From start to finish and I’m very satisfied with the product

I was going to run a water softener, but there was no water line, so I hired someone else to run the line and run the water softener.

This home was a great build and 98% done correctly. I would recommend Pulte to others. Compared to other home builders, this was a better experience. My only issues have been with the follow up after I moved in. Then things slowed down, didn’t get things fixed. Never provided promised items. Like missing shelve hangers. My first 30 days turned into passing items along and now having to fill out requests for service to get things serviced that were already promised to be fixed. So poor job on the delivery and follow up.

Wish they would paint the garage for the price I paid. So sad to see everything is becoming an option.

Sales lady is good, warranty guy is good, but the quality of the house is so so. But we got a big discount on the price so I'll say value is still good.

Okay problems not fixed

The craftsmanship needs better overview.

Overall the buying experience was great and the builder reps were very quick to get us in under our time restraint. In time I will be able to speak more on build quality and responsiveness to issues.
