Great overall first time home buying experience

They answer your concern in a timely manner.

We bought a spec home from Pulte. We really like the home layout and design, and their team chose a lot of updated but still neutral design options that we are happy with. There were some hiccups after first buying the home, but Pulte did work with us to address them in a reasonable manner.

Good community and friendly neighborhood. My experience with Pulte was good except for closing date selection. But apart from that good customer service and very responsive to issues. Still only 1 month old home so more to come but so far so good. I am happy with my purchase.

Great floor plan and design options. Great field people. Corporate needs some training to be flexible on some stuff like mortgage services, sales promotions hidden fact explanation, flexibility in days of closing. Just don't Pulte's advantage to meet revenue target. Overall nice experience with home. Waiting to see how quickly Pulte's responses/their suppliers to service request..

Great location and the overall plan is good. The units are “mass produced” so don’t expect bespoke craftsmanship. Sales process was smooth and easy. Lara was very helpful.

Any issues were quickly looked into and fixed.

Purchased primarily for the location and immediate development/community. Quality build and construction with a few over the top features often dictated by over zealous local inspectors. As a spec home, Pulte limits your choices and say in much of the design but this is standard. These are not custom homes. Overall build, fit and finish is very good. Minor issues have been addressed promptly. Final move in readiness also very good but disappointed in condition of garage floor as there were lots of spots of plaster mud and other debris that must now be removed once the weather warms. We signed for our new home in March of 2022 and we’re told our home would be ready in the spring….March or April of 2023. Then we were rushed to close in December which only benefited Pulte. Outside brick was installed the day of the closing.

Robb provides fantastic customer service and did a great job throughout the sales process. Updates from the field manager were too infrequent (3 emails in 8 months) and we typically had very minimal notice for any of the build quality meetings. The field supervisor provided great customer service during the final stages of the build. Warranty service is quick to respond and schedule trades to repair.

Overall, very good experience, any issues have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner - friendly service on sales and construction end as well. The only challenge was the mortgage portion. In the end it was fine. Perhaps more emphasis should be in communications on that end - speak to the homeowners' level of understanding. Most prospective home buyers do not have a wealth of experience on the ins and outs of the mortgage process/system. Figures and terms can become difficult to keep up with and clearly understand. Pros: The construction manager was very nice and responsive to questions about the build process and timeline. We were able to choose between different packages for the design (flooring, paint color, cabinet color, appliances). The end product is awesome and I'm very happy with having a new build home. Cons: The painters got paint on everything (light fixtures, flooring). There are two stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The blinds that Pulte had as an option do not work (loud clicks and don't close all the way).

I have really appreciated the responsiveness of Pulte’s staff. When warranty issues come up, they are fixed quickly and efficiently. However, the townhome I purchased is far less sound proof than advertised. I expected to hear loud sounds, but I can frequently hear doors closing and muffled talking.

Overall, we had a good experience with Pulte.

Signed a purchase agreement, got a loan from builder’s lender, and closed on promised date. We had some hiccups along the way, but each team member answered our questions in an up-front manner.

The major problem for us was , the. House was 6 months behind the agreement . It financially affect on us a lot. We are happy with the result now.

Pulte townhomes are beautiful and practical. Buying experience was good but could have been better if sales representative provided more details about the options along with their benefits during selection. Some slight modifications in design (eg. doorbell on garage door) can make the home experience even better. Overall great homes and will recommend to everyone.

High quality home with good responsiveness to service tickets resolution post move-in. We especially love the lot and layout of our Ascend.
