Love design and features. A bit frustrating that paint is all over the light fixtures etc.

Fast response in the quality issue report

We have a beautiful home built in a well designed neighborhood. Pulte’s experience designing and building beautiful neighborhoods and houses shows in this project. Pulte did a good job overcoming supply chain issues throughout the project. The house design is spectacular, the construction appears to be solid. One disappointment is the interior paint finish. This is a luxury level home and nearly every room has poorly done paint. Runs, drips, and void areas. All of these spots were even ‘blue taped’ but somehow were not corrected prior to the closing. In the scheme of things interior paint is fairly minor and can be fixed later. Pulte created a beautifully designed forever home. It is well insulated, graded well to prevent water issues, and all of the plumbing and HVAC is working well. The overall Pulte experience was good. I was told move-in-date would be either July,August or September. My closing date wad October 19-disappointing.

Consider hiring your own inspector before you close.

Still waiting for a team member to fix a few things in the house, from closing.

The staff works hard to meet your needs. Overall I am pleased with my experience with Pulte. There are a few areas I think could use improvement but at the local level, the staff worked hard to create the house I wanted. Wish surveys for the project managers were not sent right when I moved in. Too much going on to write an accurate review for the team. I felt the mortgage side of Pulte was pushed a little too much. For a person who never had a house built, there were some communication issues.

House Buying experience with Pulte Overall I would say that house buying experience with Pulte was great. Sales: I worked with Nino and he was good for most part of it. Only problem you would face would be he is stubborn and not ready to listen to you about any bargains. All prices are fixed and there will absolutely no haggle. Once you select some options, he will not change it even we are under 30days or just after that. Construction Time: The construction took from Nov till Aug (about 9+ months). During this period, I worked with Luke. This guy is excellent. No complaints. He kept me informing about the status of the build on weekly basis. The Deer Valley Floor Plan is Amazing!

Nice location with an added architectural design gives a great value for your money. The representative at the site made me feel at ease and he did his best to get all questions answered.As a matter of fact every representative at all levels were extremely helpful. Pulte distinguishes itself with the family members that works for them. A great team work.

I like the way we were kept informed about the progress made each week on the building of the house. I like that we weren’t lied to. If something was being delayed we were told and why it was delayed.

Every thing went good. I would recommend my friends to go with Pulte homes.

Excellent service from the sales (Henry), closing (Amber) and service (Kirk). Overall, a very nicely planned community.

Clean and quiet it was worth the wait during the covid

Overall we had a decent home buying experience with the sales side. We had an AMAZING experience with the builder, Wally. He went above and beyond responding to (and fixing when necessary) any questions or issues we had. Wally really made the whole experience for us and we are really grateful he was there to help every step of the way. He even sought us out AFTER we were moved in to give us additional information and fix a small problem we had mentioned off hand on the final check of the house.

excellent location and community; easy home buying process

Sales and construction team kept me updated throughout the home construction.

We were not pleased with out sales agent at times. Sometimes it seemed she put her own interests or that of Pulte before our interests as homebuyers. We wished that we had used a realtor of our own or that she had encouraged us to read the contract before we signed or be more prudent about unnecessary upgrades, etc. The builders were polite and competent. They were eager to exceed out expectations and offered extras to make sure we were pleased. Some of the issues we had with buying our new home had nothing to do with Pulte, but with selling our former home and the closing process and also the mortgage approval process which was arduous. Some of the sub-contractors could have done a better job. Some of the finishes were rushed and should have been better.

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

Less than a month after purchased our home, we ran into a low voltage electrical problem which caused malfunctioning of our built in oven and A/C. It caused us great inconvenience and worries. Kirk responded to our issues accordingly and helped to fix it.
