Great customer focus, and attention to details

The whole process has been really well laid out with a few hiccups in between which were taken care of immediately by the concerned parties when concerns were raised. It was a great experience with the entire team. Everyone on the build team communicated great. Currently enjoying our Home.

The Pulte experience was a very good one. They are very responsive to any concerns.

Pulte was great to work with. The construction manager was outstanding to deal with. Although we did have a few post move in issues, they have quick fix.

The new home was ready in the timeline that I was promised. The Pulte team was with me every step of the way and identified any issues during my walk through. These issues were fixed in an appropriate time frame. It is nice to be in a brand new home where everything works the way it should.

Our experience building with Pulte was painless. Every project has its issues, but the professionalism with how they were dealt with was very much appreciated.

My personal experience with Pulte homes have been good. There have been a few challenges midway but it eventually ended well. The house was delivered as committed. The overall quality is good but can definitly improve on some final finishing details. However the response from sales and field team was very prompt.

Some of the finishing is not great. My entrance door and frame looks crappy. Didn’t pay attention when doing the walk thru. Also our sunroom door is not finished well. I consider Pulte a quality builder but am not happy with some of the finished work Thanks

Adam was, by far, the most attentive, caring, and helpful person we have dealt with. He addressed and solved all our concerns and answered, explained all our questions. He went above and beyond to be sure we were satisified.

Overall experience was great from start to finish with Pulte group.

Julie was very easy to work with. The house was completed when we first looked at it, so we didn’t make any choices other than the house. Now that we’ve been in the house for a few weeks, it’s clear that many of the materials and finishes seem cheap compared to what we paid.

Overall it is OK. It would be nice to have options for the choice of colors and option to choose the finish like Eggshell, Semi Gloss etc. instead of just one color for walls and ceiling with FLAT finish.

Resolving issues is very slow.

My grass was not level from front to the back on my house. Looks so ugly like that please I need all my glass to be one level thank you.

not satisfied with responce or treatment with issues after closing. One issue being we are older and did nor understand who we contact with our problems. This should have been explained to us with some respect, which it was not. After buying a Pulti home in Florida and being completey satisfied we are disapointed with Pulte in Michigan.

Construction team were very impressive and took care of all the issues that were open. Didn’t had a great experience with pulte mortgage. There was lot of gap between pulte mortgage officer and title company.

Chad was helpful in explaining various questions we had in the build process. He was quick in response and was flexible in helping our needs. Chad was patient enough to help us understand what to expect when moving to our new house, he gave us a good overview of the do's and don'ts in the house. So, over all I can say that we had a good overall experience.

The overall homebuying process went well. The only area that needs improvement would be the financing area. Being a first-time buyer, I expected more communication from Pulte Mortgage, especially being a first-time buyer and with the rising interest rates. Overall, I would recommend Pulte for buyers in the housing market.

I feel the closing was rushed. I was told to fill out a document online. Come to find out the document was my actual closing. I wanted to sit down, and sign papers and ask questions. It was like i was deliberately misled. I did the closing on 12/21/21, I still haven't received my closing documents. I was told they would be sent to me

Home was built quicker than originally expected and the followup to inquiries as well as weekly updates was absolutely outstanding. Although we experienced some frustrations from PGP Title and Pulte Mortgage, both of whom we partnered with during construction, the Pulte Construction Team was incredibly professional and responsive. And although our post-closing experience involved several issues, the Construction Team responded immediately to our expressed concerns.

Found the mortgage process more daunting than we have with other financial institutions. Make sure you are thorough going through documents as there were some corrections that needed to be made in our application. Seems like some building steps along the way were rushed. The after closing fix it crews have been amazing in fixing all issues that have come up and on a timely manner!

During the construction process, I felt that I was helped along by some of the staff like Kay and Tony. They helped me understand the decision-making points along the way. However, at the end of the cycle, I felt a bit rushed to walk-thru and review so many things - especially when it came to the "how to use" part of that final week. It turned out to be somewhat overwhelming.

I overall recommended Pulte Home. The price and option they included are good for the price. Although workmanship can be improved. Vinyl floor is uneven and the wall is not flat.
