Happy to be own new home and living.

Pulte staff has been extremely responsive throughout the process.

1) Major problems with the elevator in building 5. 2) Unhappy with paint or plaster that dropped on many areas of our carpet. Unable to remove without damaging the carpet. 3) Not happy with the management company so far. Don't feel like we are getting the support and communication that we need. There are only 2 buildings built. Concerned for the future when there are 9 buildings. 4) Not sure the delay in setting up recycling bins. No communication.

The painting finishes could be better. It appears that nothing was sanded before painting resulting in a rough finish

Excellent responsiveness to consumer’s after-purchase problems or needs.

I am satisfied with job done by the company. I would like to have more lighting installed on the ceiling of the rooms. Also I would prefer different flooring on the balcony.

Overall process was very streamlined

Lot price is a direct cash in their pocket. Other than that, the quality of building is great, they are generally responsive to any post sales work, although maintenance requests can take a bit longer. Overall, recommended!

Despite punch list items being agreed the follow up has been slow. If they are waiting to finish all the house construction before they attend to these items then I am fine with that but please inform your customers. Frustration is born from unmet expectations

Overall, the workmanship and materials are among the top quality, the value for the price is good. So far, the responsiveness to issues has been prompt.

The place is great to live. I wish there was a pool and recreational facilities for the tenants.

Some issues I noticed after I moved in. Defect on wood floor which will be fixed. Plumbing leak which’s they fixed. Cabinet doors not aligned. Some painting not done properly. Pulte has been very responsive. Hvac filter not easy to chamge

Once in the home, my customer care rep has been super. Helpful, understanding and attentive to details. My only issues are with the purchasing process. I was told some things by the sales rep that were not true and the whole buying process is geared to designing and building a home. I purchased an already constructed home but had to follow the same process as someone who was building. That simply does not work well and is quite frustrating since you will find yourself making decisions without all the information you want and need to properly determine the best course of action. When you are purchasing something that is already built, you want to first settle on a price, then get an inspection done and then move on with financing. With Pulte you can't do that. Needs to be fixed. The house itself is of very good quality and with the warranty in place there are protections. But I have very little experience on an ongoing basis regarding execution of any warranty items. Quality of products used ie: bathroom fixtures and paint is mediocre. Planning of kitchen has several issues that could be prevented . For what I paid for the unit materials are subpar .

Many stages about the experience were excellent. Clean up of unit just prior to moving in was just satisfactory. Flooring not cleaned well & if it had been done, Pulte would have noticed one section of the flooring was covered with some construction spillage & unwanted material. Response to resolve very disappointing.

Known issue with ovens should have been fixed before closing. Many manuals left with my unit were for installation and not consumer use. Final walk through was too quick to absorb all the information. If any walk in closet is through a bathroom walk in closet should have an AC vent. Base trim corners are all have an unprofessional looking cut. Island wall that would house stools should have been painted “gloss” . Naturally, sitting at the island, shoe markings will happens.

Quality is not worth the price A/C units should be on the roof for noise control not on your porch Hot water system should be circulating and not wasting water and time waiting for hot water

Could have left the only wall space in the bathroom clear so you could put a cabinet Instead of the towel rack. Make the washer quieter as it is very noisy and pipes bang against wall. Could have had the dryer door open on the left side. Pay attention to how many times front door jams.

Mass production tends to lose its attention to detail. Obvious mistakes during construction were ignored. There was and still is a long punch list of corrections. That being said we love our house. My biggest love was the navy cabinets and they were my biggest disappointment. So many nicks and smudges and doors that didn’t close right. I am hoping your crew will make things right.

Paperwork was smooth. Need more precise move in times and more work needed on finishes it seemed rushed

We recently purchases a Pulte home and overall it was a good experience. However we would advise new buyers to be very vigilant while doing your walk through. Some of the issues we identified were addressed and there were some we missed until we lived here for a few days. There was a lack of proper clean up on counter tops that were left with sticky residue. Paint drops on new hardwood floors. Stains on new tile floors.Hand rail on basement stairs not properly attached. Garage door doesnt stay closed unless deadbolt is attached. We are disappointed with the quality of the workmanship and the lack of quality control, more than the quality of the materials. I expected the materials to be a little more high end but overall they have been satisfactory. We are making a few uprades and have had to ask for someone to come in to clean up grout on tile, replacement of defective tiles and clean up of glue on hardwood floors, and replacement of stained pieces of hardwood. The sloppiness of the contractors and lack of oversight by Pulte was surprising. Responsiveness by Pulte has been hot and cold. Very unresponsive to issues noted at walk thru

Very responsive before the sale, less so afterward, For example, I requested the name of the interior paint 3 weeks ago!
