I heard from my friends that some of the sales agents don’t respond quickly before closing. We had issues in closing to get the required documents.

During the pandemic, Pulte delivered our home on schedule and has been responsive to our questions and concerns after moving in.

Worth a buy.

The only thing I can nitpick on was the quality of the appliances and the fact that I do not have under cabinet lighting.

So far so good. The only issue I have is that I'm still waiting for a kitchen cabinet door to be replaced and a light bulb to be replaced which were pointed out by Norm.

I chose Martins Landing first for the location as it is close to route 93, Wilmington and route 28 which brings you to Reading. I am a single person so I chose The Copley. It is spacious because of the open concept, but the bedroom is also spacious, the bathroom is large and my den gives me enough room to accommodate someone with a sleep sofa which is what I chose. I love my unit and would recommend it to anyone.

Our salesman, mortgage, home insurance agents and final walk-through rep were top notch. Everything was as promised for our new house although stressful. We were not involved in the building process since we purchased after the house was completed. However, after one month of living here, we are very happy with our new house. The yard is small and the houses are close together but we knew what we were buying and very glad that the majority of our new neighbors are very friendly! One disappointment... about a week or so ago, with some issues still up in the air with our original salesman regarding some billing issues, our salesman just stopped returning phone calls. The last house in the subdivision had been sold. The sales office disappeared. I am sure that they were told to move onto their next job However, I thought it very unprofessional to just cut communication even though a call back had been promised. Pulte is a good builder, During the development, Pulte provide three orientations: pre-construction, pre-drywell and pre-closing. It is helpful to know how the house is built by Pulte. After closing, the customer care manager is very nice and responsible. He makes every effort to help owners resolving the issues.

The response to the defect of public facilities are poor

It seems Pulte has refined a success formula by building a quality home with the best of systems and appliances and finish work. Always a good investment.

Our heating unit has been broken for over a month and it has not been fixed. Supposedly they need a part that they can’t seem to obtain. It is actually snowing today. No heat. This is a brand new building. How hard is it to find a part? The are building another 50 unit condominium complex right next to ours. Couldn’t they take one heating unit from there. Our heating unit leaked down to the two floors below us, so we are all unable to have anything in our coat closets.

My wife and I are very happy with our new home.

Pulte has a process to guide home buyers through a complex life change. It works. They deliver a quality product and help home owners transition to new experience.

Pulte has a good reputation for providing a good product. Liked the fact that the home has a 10 year warranty on certain things.

Gary, Peter and Bob have been wonderful. Gary and Peter have gone out of their way to fix any issue that has come up. Always, polite, friendly and willing to lend an extra hand. Bob has kept us informed every step of the way of the construction delay. Everyone took into consideration our circumstances and Made our move as easy as possible.

I was impressed by the professionalism and effort of all of the Pulte staff. The unit was in excellent shape with very few defects. The unit was very slow in being delivered. Sure the NatGrid was late. But after they finished, not much happened. Very inconvenient for someone who is spending that much money. Overall the quality of the appliances is mediocre. The heating unit and washer/dryer are exceptionally loud.

The whole experience was professional, and facilitated to make it easy and timely. I am a bit astonished as the very very poor quality of the bathroom hardware but esp. the cheapness of the shower. Esp. In an over 55 community.. But I trusted without looking.

Overall, we're happy with the quality of the townhouse and responsiveness of Pulte to any issues so far.

The sales team has been great and the engineers and technicians have done a great work describing everything and helping me settle in. It is still too new to know how well things are but, overall, things seem solid. Certainly, the great service also comes with a relatively high price.

Overall a good quality product. Some kinks to clear out however understandable with new construction. Construction team very attentive. One issue has been the post construction quality control, and too much of a bureaucratic approach by management.

APPLIANCES ARE ALOT TO BE DESIRED. OVEN DIDN'T WORK. DRYER HAS AN ISSUE WITH THE DOOR. SHOWER DOOR IS VERY FLIMSY.

Ideally, I would have preferred a little less kitchen space and countertops and more living space! Other than that, I'm very happy with the condo
