Everything went well with the whole process

I had a great experience buying my home because the entire from start to finish did everything possible to make my home buying very smooth and pleasant.

Sales and service personnel were responsive and professional. Isleton townhome has a feel of a house.

Overall the experience was streamlined and easy to buy through pulte financing. Alot of moving parts with checking and re-checking the quality of the build. Quality assurance is near impossible with just one construction manager. He did a good job but its alot of moving parts to manage multiple units. We are going through the repair process now with issues found after closing, which is the real test. So far the tile company was great and repaired a broken tile in the shower and some sanding.

My experience with Pulte Homes Staff was great. I had a fantastic experience with Stephanie as my sales rep. She was phenomenal especially with her knowledge, expertise, and understanding in selling the Pulte Home experience. Also, my experience working side by side with Bob (the foreman) helped my transition into the new home successful. He went to great lengths explaining the details of what my Pulte Home had to offer. My purchasing experience was very smooth. My team held my hand throughout the entire process. Everytime I have a question it only took an hour to have a very detailed response. I would recommend Pulte to my friends and family. We are so excited be be in our new home.

This company was great to work with. The sales staff was exceptional and informative and the project manager kept me updated about the status of my home and even went above and beyond when needed.

The home buying process is great, and the houses are good quality. There should be better attention to detail, but overall they are great homes. Having said that, getting them to do anything AFTER you purchase the home is another story. They will seem responsive at first, but you will get the run around, and you will have to fight every step of the way to get anything done in a timely fashion. And if they don't want to deal with you, you will get ignored (hence why you will need to have A LOT of patience and persistence). Expected a little higher quality of house and build. The buying process was smooth.

I'm very pleased with my townhome by Pulte. The design is good, the choices were good, dealing with Pultes employees was great, and the overall build was good. I'd definitely recommend them. I absolutely love my layout with a terrace and loft. The design choices were great! I only have a few minor complaints which all of them have been fixed. They miswired my HVAC so the middle floor thermostat sent air to the upstairs floor and my CAT6 outlet was also miswired. Very easy fixes. Both of these issues were subcontracted so I dont really know if I can fault Pulte for it. One thing Pulte should have offered was window blinds and ceiling fans. For some reason they didnt so be prepared for that. Pulte was quick to fix any errors or deal with any complaints I had. Overall I would repurchase my home if I had to do it over. Nice homes and great location. A bit expensive if compared to a similar home at a different area in MD like Glenburnie. But you are actually paying for the location.

My experience has been mostly good. They are super helpful, just make sure everything is clear and to your liking before you finish.

Not the highest quality of workmanship. Numerous places where painting was poorly done and molding not connected. Issue with flooring within two weeks of moving in.

My husband and I are very happy with our home purchase. We had our first leak due to a punctured drain pipe (TV mounted incorrectly) and Pulte graciously fixed it for us. I would definitely recommend.

The process of buying was relatively easy. I was worried that they would cut corners and for the most part, it has been good. My only issue is when there were things that were concerning or needed to be touched up, the ticket would take days to get a response and a week or more to get resolved.
