FOR PULTE BUILDERS The house we purchased almost in double price they charge us, with all extra works , hmm obviously more money, All Material cheap quality , sometimes where roof not in level , same thing with exterior and floor. Some outlets are loose from wall, Garage door works very slow and doesn’t close lot of time. Kitchen cabinets are cheap quality with makes shuts sound. The worst. No time lines for them. Least bothered about completion. Thing take it own time their stamens to pass the time. Worker goes on vacation. Window or any part is missed it takes 5month wait time. Paid top dollar for cheap service and material

I’m really hoping that Some one from Pulte Management will contact me after reading below feedback. I have a very BAD experience with Pulte. I think by selecting Pulte over of other builders in the market I have made a BIG mistake of my life. No one hears my issues/concerns. I was given unfinished home at the time of closing. My backyard was handed over with unfinished work. They did not even did seeding and proper landscaping to my backyard land which I own. I regret why I signed the closure documents, trusting the people they would resolve later on. I have been told that people would come over but nobody turned up since the time of closure.I still see that few of the works couldn't be completed before closure.These issues have been there since closure and delay. 1) Carpet Issue-I have few nails popped out and kids were injured too.Can you please send someone to tuck in the nails? The quality of the material is so cheap, the finishing and paint are not professional at all, and before the closing, if you point to them that there is something wrong they will fix it immediately but after the closing, they take forever. when you make a request for something that needs to be fixed they might not answer unit you follow up with them. I chose to buy a new home so I can set and relax since everything should be new, but this is so much headque. I'm spending my day calling and sending an email and waiting for people to come to fix it, and only had the home for 2 months.

Everything about Pulte is bad, we had literally several issues after closing, they threatened us to close even with these issues identified during orientation. Very bad people, they are selling junk for 400-500k. Beware !!!

To save you some reading; there was little to no communication throughout the process regarding delays, issues, or any other problem that may have held up the closing. The favorite phrase across the board is, "not my job," which still rings true with completing items on our "weather letter" 6 weeks later. In short, Pulte took what SHOULD have been an amazing event in our lives and genuinely ruined the experience, taking all joy out of moving in. We will NEVER recommend Pulte to ANYONE, even people we don't like.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a Pulte Home and I question a lot of the most recent 5 star reviews, because myself and all my neighbors around me have the same opinion. If Pulte Homes focused more on building quality over quantity, plus picking the right sub contractors instead of sub par contractors, they wouldn’t have so many issues. It’s been very bad experience, in terms of communication and response. And new house has so many problems ,Including faulty equipment and it’s hard to get hold of people to get issues fixed. And closing has been delayed for months . We chose to build with Pulte because we had friends with a good experience and had never heard anything bad. However, based on this experience I can not recommend them. The process was very smooth up until we got to our pre-drywall meeting. Then things took a turn towards awful. Based on the recent reviews in my area that seems to be common. There is a huge issue with communication from the field manager here. It would take 2 or 3 messages to get a response. That "weekly" update email will come once a month. This is probably the worst company I have ever worked with. They don't seem to communicate across the multiple divisions within the company at all. We had to beg and call repeatedly to get updates and then had our closing date moved out 2 weeks 3 days prior to closing. The quality seems okay, but we found leaks prior to closing and they left us a present of drywall frozen to our garage floor on closing day (why someone would pressure wash a garage on a 20 degree day is beyond me). Our construction manager jimmy told us from the beginning that he has a family to go home to so no calls or emails to him on his days off because he doesn't care much about his job. They FORCED me to close mid December without installing most of my kitchen appliances because they wanted the closing to show on 2021 books.
