From start to the end, we had a very good experience. Pulte home’s design team, architect team especially Eric- good guys to work with, very well focused. Pulte mortgage Ed and Laurie both are very helpful and good people, they know what they are doing. Ed is very kinda in all the manner. Pulte sales- I had a bit of issue with them, I believe one of the girl is not in the right job, she should be in collection business not in home sales.

The Construction Project Managers: Anthony, Brandon & Tyler, were very professional and responsive throughout our entire build experience. They readily answered our questions, resolved any concerns, and made sure our home met the Pulte expectations. We felt they went above our expectations and we value their commitment to customer satisfaction and a quality build experience.

From the Day we booked till the day of closing we had zero trouble . The entire Pulte team of highland woods were instrumental in the this entire process . I have zero complaints so far and hope will have the same experience throughout. Special shoutout to Diane/Brian (pulte highlandwoods) and Vicky(Loan Team)

We had a bad previous experience with Pulte so we were originally not considering Pulte at all this time. We decided to look at the models anyways and fell in love. The customer service was so great right from the beginning. We expressed our previous concerns with Pulte and they walked us through how those things would be addressed. We decided to go with them and it was a great experience from start to finish. Great communication through emails, texts, and calls. Letting us know the timelines for everything. Now we have an awesome house in an awesome neighborhood. The only things if we were nit-picking would be that the light switches are in weird places and the paint job is not that great. But we are going to paint our own colors anyways. Highly recommend Pulte, especially this group of Pulte associates in our community. ... More

The building experience was simple with all steps outlined. There was someone there to guide us throughout the year long process. Closing was very hectic and the dates were not very flexible, but it was overall a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality and appearance of the home.

We love our house. It would be nice if you uses eggshell paint though.

The staff within Trails of Woods Creek are fantastic. We are thrilled with our new home, however we've only been here for 2 months. Ask me again in 6 months.

Smooth process, good communication through different phases

We were lucky enough to get a great salesperson to start the process! Gina was amazing! She helped guide us through the whole process, answered our questions, and the result was a home we enjoy! The design center experience was wonderful. Pulte kept us informed the entire time during the building process and we closed in a timely manner. Look forward to many happy years in our new home!

It was very good experience throughout the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, I was little nervous about it, but it was very smooth process

Overall quality was good. Seemed to be in a hurry to get the closing done by the end of the month. Some sloppy work especially the painting and cleaning before occupancy.
